Planned Parenthood And Racism: "We've Come A Long Way"

Planned Parenthood is reporting they had a great year in 2014.

However, that all depends on how you define "greatness."

Their report begins with this:

"We've come a long way since Margaret Sanger was jailed in 1916 for opening America's first birth control clinic. Today 99% of sexually active American women at some point in their lives use birth control---and, thanks to Planned Parenthood and the Affordable Care Act [Obamacare], more than 48 million women are now eligible to receive it with no co-pay."

The report continues, "Thanks to your support, our movement has come so far in nearly one hundred years---and we are building momentum."

While the abortion industry has been forced to close many abortion clinics across the country, it is true Planned Parenthood aborted more babies this year than last---in fact, they aborted 1 baby every 90 seconds last year.

Clearly PP does not mean they have moved "away" from founder Margaret Sanger's racism and eugenicist beliefs in regard to aborting unborn black babies.

Planned Parenthood clinics across the country have recently promised donors to use their donation to specifically abort a "black baby."

Dr. Alveda King, MLK's niece, says, "The most obvious practitioner of racism in the United States today is Planned Parenthood founded by the eugenicist Margaret Sanger and recently documented as ready to accept money to eliminate black babies."

Is Planned Parenthood actually "building momentum?"

Did you know that you, as a tax payer, are investing heavily in Planned Parenthood? If you don't know, you should know. And you should know how much.

Obamacare is yet another government funded tool to support and help finance this "momentum" and "greatness."

The "progress" PP is touting translates to 327,653 babies aborted last year, exceeding the number of abortions the previous year.

That is on average, 37 abortions per hour or nearly 1 every 90 seconds.

In the mind of the secular progressive left, that is "progress" and "greatness."

The federal government is prohibited from paying directly for abortions through the Title X family planning grants and reimbursements, however federal funds "do" pay for Planned Parenthood operations, including the clinics where abortions are performed.

Planned Parenthood received $528.4 million from government grants and reimbursements last year, which equals 41% of its revenues.

The balance was received for the most part, from donors and organizations set up to help fund their activities.

While the abortion industry in general has seen an overall reduction in the number of abortions with 73 abortion clinics closing in 2014 and 75% of all abortion clinics closed since 1991, this is not the case with Planned Parenthood---America's largest abortion operation.

They are reporting "progress" and "greatness."

Planned Parenthood ended the year showing a near record breaking $127.1 million profit.

Cheryl Sullenger, who does extensive research on the abortion industry, told the Christian Post Planned Parenthood's profitability is only possible because of the government's $528 million which it gave to Planned Parenthood.

That is an investment of your money. And it happens every year.

Tax payers support Planned Parenthood at the rate of $1.4 million per day.

Cheryl says don't believe for a moment that tax payer funds don't pay for abortions. She says the money "goes into a general fund, and the money gets spent for whatever they need it to be spent for."

About 70% of Americans oppose using tax dollars to fund abortion, yet the parade marches on with promises, made in the same tone and credibility as those made by Professor Gruber regarding Obamacare, that "no tax dollars are spent on abortions."

The Planned Parenthood parade is also a "charade."

Margarent Sanger, PP's founder, was a eugenicist and she was a racist.

Lifesite News has done an in depth study of her life based on her writings and quotes. Her beliefs and her agenda was not subtle.

Some might say, well that was a long time ago. Planned Parenthood certainly does not carry those racist beliefs today.

Consider this, then you decide.

Live Action has contacted 5 Planned Parenthood offices in Ohio, Idaho, New Mexico and Oklahoma regarding donating specifically toward the abortion of "a black baby."

Dr. King and Live Action report that not a single office refused or questioned the request to donate toward the abortion of a black baby.

Live Action had an actor call the clinics. You will note from the linked story above, the actor was very specific about his desires for how the donation would be used.

King and Live Action report "not a single Planned Parenthood representative expressed outrage or even concern at the racism behind the requests," even though the "donor" specifically stated the donation was "to lower the number of blacks in America."

Some, we are told, not only agreed to use the donation as requested, but "agreed with the anti-black agenda."

This is part of an actual conversation with the PP office in Boise Idaho:

Idaho Donor: The abortion—I can give money specifically for a black baby, that would be the purpose?
PP Rep: Absolutely. If you wanted to designate that your gift be used to help an African-American woman in need, then we would certainly make sure that the gift was earmarked for that purpose.
Idaho Donor: Great, because I really faced trouble with affirmative action, and I don’t want my kids to be disadvantaged against black kids. I just had a baby; I want to put it in his name.
PP Rep: Yes, absolutely.
Idaho Donor: And we don’t, you know we just think, the less black kids out there the better.
PP Rep: Understandable, understandable.
Idaho Donor: Right. I want to protect my son, so he can get into college.
PP Rep: Alright. Excuse my hesitation, this is the first time I’ve had a donor call and make this kind of request, so I’m excited, and want to make sure I don’t leave anything out.

Where is the outrage from Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and other so-called civil rights leaders on the secular progressive left?

Dr. King says, "Planned Parenthood is (intentionally or not) exterminating the black community."

God help us. And God forgive us.
