Social media erupted after outgoing President Joe Biden announced several awards to elite Democrat socialites and politicians rather than true Americans who deserve to be appreciated.
On Saturday, Biden announced that he would award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and left-wing billionaire George Soros. The award is the nation’s highest civilian honor.
Biden is doing so because he says they are “great leaders" and because they are good people.
Really?
Be informed, not misled.
According to the White House, the award is “presented to individuals who have made exemplary contributions to the prosperity, values, or security of the United States, world peace, or other significant societal, public or private endeavors.”
The White House said that the candidates who received the awards, including Soros and Clinton, are “great leaders because they are good people who have made extraordinary contributions to their country and the world.”
Soros has singlehandedly tried to destroy our legal system and the American culture by funding the elections of candidates who promise to turn their heads away from true justice while creating a culture of lawlessness.
George Soros is a globalist whose efforts are directed at remaking our legal system as part of his attempt to dismantle and remake America into some kind of global colony.
Please tell me what "exemplary contributions" Hillary Clinton made to America.
Her "contributions" were flowing the other way. Not to our country or the world, but rather to her and her husband's foundation, which in the end was shown to be enriching herself and Mr. Clinton with millions and millions of dollars.
While she illegally ran at least some, if not much, of the State Department data through an internet server in the closet of her own home. And she did so with no consequences.
Billionaire Elon Musk, head of President-elect Donald Trump’s newly created Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, called Biden’s actions a travesty.
He shared a clip of himself on Joe Rohan’s podcast in which he described Soros as being someone who “fundamentally hates humanity.”

Musk said, “He's doing things that erode the fabric of civilization. You know, getting DAs elected who refuse to prosecute crime.”
Every informed person in our country knows what Musk said is true.
Why does Biden feel the urgency to honor these kinds of people with the highest honors?
Cecile Richards was secretly honored for her contributions to the abortion industry.
Mr. Biden bestowed the honor to Cecile Richards, who was president of the nation’s leading abortion provider and a major pro-choice advocacy group from 2006 to 2018.
The ceremony was not listed on Mr. Biden’s public schedule, nor was his decision to award the medal to Ms. Richards publicly announced until after the presentation.
Media members were not invited to watch the ceremony, which was not live-streamed on the White House website.
The decision to bestow such a prestigious honor to Ms. Richards angered abortion opponents.

“This honor marks a dark chapter in the late stages of one of the other darkest presidencies in American history when it comes to protecting mothers and unborn children,” said Brian Burch, president of CatholicVote. “Planned Parenthood has used billions of taxpayer dollars to profit from the tragic extermination of millions of children while exploiting the health and wellbeing of countless women.”
Burch called abortion the “antithesis of freedom that no person of compassion or conscience should stoop to honor, let alone the President of the United States.”
Emily Erin Davis, vice president of communication for Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, lamented that “the White House continues to promote abortion up to the bitter end.”
“Under Cecile Richards, Planned Parenthood ended more than 3.8 million unborn lives and was caught harvesting baby body parts for sale. Where is the ‘freedom’ for babies and moms? It’s time to end Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer-funded ride,” she said.
Medal of Freedom presentations usually aren’t private.
But evil flourishes in darkness.
However, the White House issued a statement after the award was given, trumpeting Ms. Richards as deserving of it.
“With absolute courage and conviction, Cecile Richards fearlessly leads us forward to be the America we say we are — a nation of freedom,” Biden said. “Carrying her parents’ torch for justice, she’s led some of our nation’s most important civil rights causes — to lift up the dignity of workers, defend and advance women’s reproductive rights and equality, and mobilize Americans to exercise their power to vote.”
Biden described Ms. Richards as “a leader of the utmost character” who has “carved an inspiring legacy that endures in her incredible family, the countless lives she has made better, and a nation seeking the light of equality, justice, and freedom.”
Takeaway
Although the Hyde Amendment makes it illegal for federal funds to pay for abortions, Planned Parenthood receives about a half-billion dollars in taxpayer funds, which it claims to budget for services such as contraception and cancer screenings for low-income women.
Don't be misled. The main thing Planned Parenthood does is kill unwanted unborn babies.
Planned Parenthood has evolved from its founder Margaret Sanger's vision of eugenics specifically directed at reducing the Black community population to an all-out effort to dispense with all unwanted children under the guise of "women's reproductive health services."
The Bible affirms life in the womb and life outside the womb. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5). “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb” (Psalm 139:13).
It was Ronald Reagan who famously said, “I’ve noticed that everybody that is for abortion has already been born.”
