Saturday night, Townhall said, "Speaking to the Nation from the East Room of the White House Saturday night, President Donald Trump reconfirmed the United States military "completely obliterated" Iran's nuclear sites.
"The U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime," Trump said. “Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated...The U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime."
"I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success," he continued, flanked by Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
This is a pivotal point in world history.

No one knows for sure how it will play out. Democrats, hoping for Trump to fail, are throwing every possible accusation at Trump to see if any will stick.
Most Republicans and conservatives believe President Trump is on the right track. Biblical believers know God is in control.

Democrats have not been taking the news well. They haven't been taking Trump's handling of Iran well at all, and that includes putting out many outrageous takes. Chief among them, as many have reminded over X, is Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
"When it comes to negotiating with the terrorist government of Iran, Trump's all over the lot. One day he sounds tough, the next day he's backing off," Schumer claimed in a post from June 2, not exactly sounding tough himself.
He also complained about finding out about U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff and Secretary of State Marco Rubio's role in negotiations. "What kind of bull is this?!" Schumer wondered. "They're going to sound tough in public, and then have a side deal that let's Iran get away with everything? That's outrageous! We need to make that side deal public!" Schumer continued, once more going for that idea about being "tough" and gesturing this time for even more emphasis.
As he continued to rant and rave about a "side deal," Schumer went for that particularly cringeworthy line of attack used against Trump by mentioning "TACO Trump," which supposedly refers to "Trump Always Chickens Out."
"If TACO Trump is already folding, the American public should know about it," he continued towards the end of his clip."
Schumer and other Leftist leaders have made fools of themselves. And will continue to do so.
Going forward, it will be very important that we discern what is happening, as opposed to what the news media is reporting as happening.
Satellite images show that American bombs moved mountains, creating huge craters. Some on the Left are questioning the effectiveness of the bombing raid.
The Jerusalem Post said on Sunday, "The Fordow site suffered major damage in the strike along with a second site in Esfahan, while the nuclear site in Natanz has been destroyed."
The Post also reported that "Initial estimates are that Fordow is not only partially damaged or caved in, but destroyed."
Over the next few days, the effectiveness will become very clear.
Yesterday afternoon, a Russian leader claimed multiple countries are prepped to provide Iran with nuclear weapons following US strikes.
Russia's former president said that the production of nuclear weapons in Iran will continue.
He said, "Multiple countries are poised to provide Iran with nuclear warheads after the U.S. launched strikes against three Iranian nuclear facilities."
"The enrichment of nuclear material — and, now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons — will continue," Dmitry Medvedev, now the deputy chairman of the Security Council of Russia, said in a Sunday X post.
He did not list specific countries that might support Iran. I assume he suggests Russia would be one of them.
We'll see how Trump responds to all this.
Meanwhile, Russia's Foreign Ministry claimed the strikes violated international law and called for an "end to aggression." This is the same "Russia" that attacked Ukraine.
"The irresponsible decision to subject the territory of a sovereign state to missile and bomb attacks, whatever the arguments it may be presented with, flagrantly violates international law, the Charter of the United Nations and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council," Russia’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement Sunday.
The New York Times said yesterday afternoon: "Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations, Amir Saeid Iravani, told the Security Council on Sunday that “America has once more recklessly chosen to sacrifice its own security merely to safeguard Netanyahu,” referring to the Israeli prime minister. The United States is the only country to have ever used nuclear weapons in combat and was now waging war against Iran under what he said was the “fabricated and absurd pretext” of preventing it from acquiring nuclear weapons, adding, “What a bitter and tragic irony.”
Trump is being accused of "protecting Israel."

I believe what President Trump is doing is the right thing. How many times have we heard Islamic radicals from Iran and elsewhere chant "death to America, death to Israel," Or "from the river to the sea," calling for the complete annihilation of Israel?
