Promises Made...Promises Kept

The White House has posted the following:

Since taking office, President Donald J. Trump has made history again and again for the faith community. Since the founding of our nation, nobody has fought harder or gained more for believers, reversing the catastrophic policies of the previous administration while building on the winning legacy of his first term. President Trump has protected religious liberty and affirmed faith in America. He has fought anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, and other forms of anti-religious bias while ending the weaponization of government against all people of faith. He has expanded school choice, protected parental rights, restored biological truth, uplifted families, ended illegal and divisive DEI policies, stopped taxpayer funding for abortion, restored free speech, and stood side-by-side with Israel. He is the most pro-faith and pro-religious liberty President in American history.

 Here are 100 reasons why.

Be informed, not misled.

I'm not going to include the full list of "100 things" for space, but here is the full list of all 100 for people of faith.

I strongly encourage you to read the complete list.

Takeaway

This is an overview of what President Trump has done during his first nine months in office. There are more actions taken in categories, including Fighting Anti-semitism and Honoring Religious Days of Remembrance

The actions are remarkable, to say the least.

I have never seen or read about, with the exception of President Abraham Lincoln, the kind of vicious attacks that Trump has endured since he first ran for the presidency.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty."

No, he's not a king. But this passage encourages prayer for those in positions of authority so that believers can live peaceful lives.

And remember, "Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will."

Be Informed. Be Discerning. Be Vigilant. Be Engaged, Be Hopeful. Be Prayerful.
