A 19-year-old man was arrested Sunday for vandalizing a Charlie Kirk memorial set up outside Turning Point USA’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, according to Fox News.
Fox reported that his name is Ryder Corral, and that he was kicking flowers over at the memorial before being tackled by an onlooker, then arrested by law enforcement.
While many of Kirk’s supporters have been gathering at vigils throughout the weekend, and even professional baseball and football teams have been holding moments of silence to honor his memory, some on the left have been unable to let go of their hatred and are lashing out as they try to smear the late youth leader.
In California, a local Democratic Party branch rejected an invitation from the local Republican Party branch to join a vigil in Kirk’s memory, because — according to a local Democrat leader — Kirk was a “fascist.”
Will the hate ever end?
Be informed, not misled.
Ryder Corral was kicking over flowers and generally vandalizing the Charlie Kirk memorial at Turning Point USA headquarters, because he hated Charlie Kirk and his message.

On the other hand, pro baseball and football teams have been holding moments of silence to honor the memory of Charlie Kirk.
However, it isn't only the youth who are acting out of hate.
Adults also hate Kirk and his message.
The Stanislaus County, California, Democratic Party rejected an invitation from the local Republican Party to attend a vigil on Friday honoring the memory of Charlie Kirk because, its leader explained, Charlie Kirk was a “fascist.”
Here is the full statement posted on the Stanislaus County Democratic Party page on Facebook, issued in the name of Central Committee member Lise Talbott:
For immediate release:
I learned today that the Stanislaus County Republican Party is holding a vigil this evening for Charlie Kirk and has extended an invitation to the Stanislaus County Democratic Party to attend as a gesture of unity. As Chair of Stan Dems, I respect the intention behind organizing an event to denounce political violence and to promote unity during such turbulent times.
However, we respectfully decline participation. We cannot in good conscience attend an event that centers on Charlie Kirk, given his associations with fascist ideology. While we do not wish to participate in honoring him, I want to be unequivocal in affirming that we believe that all forms of political violence are unacceptable, and that escalating political tensions only harms our communities and our democracy.
I appreciate the spirit of seeking common ground against violence. I hope that there are future opportunities to collaborate on efforts that promote peace, safety, and dignity for all without elevating figures whose legacies are deeply at odds with those values.
Stanislaus County includes the Central Valley city of Modesto, northeast of San Jose.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) characterized the late Charlie Kirk as someone who did not embrace civic debate to the extent people have suggested since he was assassinated.
This is mild. Many posts on social media have been so barbaric and inhuman, and hateful that I'm not going to add them to this article.
The alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, carved “Hey Fascist! Catch!” into one of the bullet casings in his rifle.
Here was Kirk’s defense, in his lifetime, to the charge that he was “fascist”: An op-ed in The New York Post by Joel Pollak.
Pollak notes the connection between Charlie and Breitbart News, while he was still a high school student.
Pollak says, "Charlie Kirk built his career with words and courage — and he never looked back."
He says, "Charlie proved to be not only an exceptional debater but an exceptional organizer, fundraiser, and administrator, launching Turning Point USA, which changed youth politics in America."
He was certainly all of that. But he was much more than that.
Charlie not only changed politics in America, but he also changed hearts and lives by unashamedly presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
He was not ashamed of the Gospel because he knew it was the power of God unto salvation.
Eternal salvation changes the culture and the politics. And people's actions.
Charlie believed that with all his heart.
Franklin Graham noted this weekend that Charlie posted this as possibly his last post on Instagram: “Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life … Tell someone about Jesus this weekend."
What now?
Charlie's sphere of influence cannot be overstated. All across America, Europe, and elsewhere on the globe, people were impacted by Charlie Kirk's ministry.
Immediately following Charlie Kirk's death, his wife Erika spoke through tears and brokenness: "You have no idea what you have just released."
In less than 24 hours following his death, Turning Point USA received 18,000 new chapter requests from across the nation.
Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet told Breitbart News, “The evil that committed this atrocious act, the evil that gloated and sneered after it happened had no idea what they’ve unleashed across this country and the world.”
“God had his hand on Charlie and on TPUSA, and he hasn’t removed it, he’s just added millions more,” Kolvet added.
On Sunday, yesterday, Kolvet offered an update on X, writing, “The organization has now received over 32,000 inquiries in the last 48 hours to start new campus chapters.”
“To put that in perspective, TPUSA currently has 900 official college chapters and around 1,200 high school chapters, with a presence on 3,500 total,” Kolvet continued.
“Charlie’s vision to have a Club America chapter (our high school brand) in every high school in America (around 23,000) will come true much, much faster than he could have ever possibly imagined. Truly incredible,” he added.
Takeaway
God's ways are higher than our ways.
- 1 Timothy 4:1-2: "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron."
The conscience is the God-given moral consciousness within each of us (Romans 2:15). If the conscience is “seared”—literally “cauterized”—then it has been rendered insensitive. Such a conscience does not work properly; it’s as if “spiritual scar tissue” has dulled the sense of right and wrong. Just as the hide of an animal scarred with a branding iron becomes numb to further pain, so the heart of an individual with a seared conscience is desensitized to moral pangs.
As America has moved away from God, our national conscience has been seared through calling abortion on demand "women's healthcare", sexual perversion "Pride," and trans gender dysphoria surgery "gender affirming care."
We have become desensitized. Life is no more sanctified.
When someone speaks the Truth, the response is not conviction. It's hate. And violence.
That's why Charlie Kirk was targeted. He was much more than the "conservative political activist" the Leftist news has labeled him.
He was a voice in the wilderness of moral insensitivity, defining the issues and claiming that Jesus Christ is the only answer to our broken world.
While explaining the Truth to an inquiring student regarding transgenderism, he was assassinated by a young man who was apparently living with a trans gender roommate.
