The Leftist, socialist movement in our republic has so maligned ICE agents that the agents are regularly included in the worst among us by the Left.
And the misled.
Let me introduce you to Jonathan Ross, 43, who has been identified as the agent who opened fire on Good on Wednesday after the feds say she tried to mow him down with her SUV on the suburban street.
Be informed, not misled.
The ICE agent who fatally shot protester Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis is a Trump-supporting Christian and war veteran who has a Filipina wife, according to his family.
Jonathan Ross, 43, has been identified as the agent who opened fire on Good on Wednesday after the feds allege she tried to mow him down with her SUV on the suburban street.
As anti-ICE protests erupted across the country and Democratic leaders ramped up their divisive rhetoric in the wake of the shooting, the agent’s family rushed to his defense, telling the Daily Mail, “You would never find a nicer, kinder person.”
The Daily Mail says, "Ross's father defended his son's decision to shoot Good dead."
'She hit him,' said Ed Ross, 80. 'He also had an officer whose arm was in the car. He will not be charged with anything.
"You would never find a nicer, kinder person,' the father added about his son. 'He's a committed, conservative Christian, a tremendous father, a tremendous husband. I couldn't be more proud of him.'
The elderly dad from North Pekin, Illinois, said his son's wife was a US citizen but declined to say how long she had been in the US. 'I do not want to go any further than that,' he added.
Ross – who goes by Jon – has lived on the outskirts of Minneapolis since 2015, and served as an immigration officer since at least 2013.
The Daily Mail appears to be having a bit of a problem trying to balance this story with its own narrative.
Ross is not the blood thirsty warrior that the American media has made him out to be.
Check this out from the Daily Mail:
Though neighbors told the Daily Mail that Ross is a hardcore MAGA supporter, social media posts reveal he also has foreign-born in-laws.
His 38-year-old wife, whose doctor parents live in the Philippines, married him in August 2012 according to posts on her Instagram page.
Her first picture with Ross on the social media account was posted two months earlier.
In July 2013, when the couple lived around El Paso, Texas, Ross's wife posted a picture posing next to a US Border Patrol helicopter.
She also shared photos of baking recipes from a Spanish-language cookbook.
One neighbor at Ross's 10-house cul-de-sac told the Daily Mail that until recently Ross had been flying pro-Trump flags and a 'Don't Tread On Me' Gadsden Flag, an emblem of the Make America Great Again movement.
The Mail says, "On Thursday afternoon, there was no sign of Ross, his wife, or the flags."
Continuing, they said, "'I think he's in the military. He has a military license plate,' one neighbor said. 'He had a Don't tread on me flag, and Trump/Vance stickers up during the election."
'The wife is polite, very nice, very outgoing, while he's very reserved. They have a couple of kids," one of their neighbors added.
Ross is the same agent Kristi Noem, head of Homeland Security, mentioned a few days ago, who was recently dragged down the street by a different demonstrator when his arm got caught in the door of the car as he attempted to open it.
Good and her "wife" Rebecca are understood to have fled the US after Trump's victory in the 2024 election, briefly going to Canada before settling in Minneapolis.
State and local officials demanded ICE leave Minnesota after Good's death. But Noem has said agents are not going anywhere.
Takeaway
Since the Leftist, so-called "progressives" have adopted the word "chaos" as their most recent banner word, let's take a look at what the Bible says about "chaos."
Chaos in the Bible is generally associated with judgment or the withdrawal of order.
When God judges nations or people, the Bible often describes the world sliding back toward chaos:
- Isaiah 24:10 – “The city of chaos is broken down…”
- Jeremiah 4:23 – “I looked at the earth, and it was formless and empty…” or void, this is a deliberate echoing of Genesis 1:2.
- Chaos appears when God withdraws sustaining order as a consequence of rebellion or injustice—not because chaos is good, but because order has been rejected.
- Chaos is experienced as confusion and division (especially moral or social)
The Bible strongly condemns causing confusion among people:
- 1 Corinthians 14:33: “For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.”
- James 3:16: “For where envy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every evil practice.”
"Chaos" is linked to:
- Pride
- Selfish ambition
- Sin
- Lack of wisdom
Intentionally creating chaos among people is never praised. God sometimes uses disruptive events—but not “chaos” for its own sake.
God does sometimes disrupt systems (plagues in Egypt, exile of Israel, Jesus overturning tables in the temple), but these are:
- Targeted
- Purposeful
- Aimed at restoring justice or holiness
- Jesus, clearing the temple (Matthew 21:12–13) looked chaotic—but it was actually restoring proper order, not celebrating disorder.
Satan and chaos:
- In contrast to God’s ordering work, Satan is portrayed as a deceiver (John 8:44)
- His work leads to confusion, destruction, and disorder.
The Bible consistently frames chaos as something opposed to God’s character, not an expression of it.
- Proverbs 11:29 – “Whoever brings ruin on their household will inherit the wind.”
- Biblical wisdom values appropriate timing, boundaries, and structure, not reckless disruption.
Chaos is often a result of sin, judgment, or the absence of God’s order:
- God is not the author of confusion
- Intentionally creating chaos among people is condemned
The Left, not the Right, is creating chaos in our culture, because the Left has no vision for America---except to get rid of Trump.
