An Inside View of Planned Parenthood

President Obama has repeatedly shown his support for PP in both word and deed.

In February, he once again expressed his emotional and philosophical attachment to the organization.

When asked about the incriminating videos circulating about Planned Parenthood, he said, "I think some of these issues get manufactured and they get a lot of attention on the blogoshere."

Then he said, "I think Planned Parenthood, in the past, has done good work."

In the past? Was he hedging a bit? Probably not.

Speaking of Planned Parenthood and the past----

In 2009, Abby Johnson, a clinical director for Planned Parenthood for 8 years, resigned.

After witnessing on an ultra sound of a pre-born baby trying to avoid the probe of the abortionist, she wondered why she was doing this. And then thought, never again.

Recently celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Gabrielle Union were featured in TV ads designed to pressure Congress to continue funding PP and educate the public to believe in the Planned Parenthood brand---as they want it presented. The ad claim was a familiar one: "If you don't fund PP you will be eliminating access to women's services---not abortion."

The brand claims, as do their followers, that abortion is only 3% of their operation.

What they will not tell you is this:

98% of Planned Parenthood's services to pregnant women are abortion.

That equaled 332,278 babies during the last reporting period.

Abortions equal money. Abby Johnson has written an excellent article explaining Planned Parenthood's business plan. Please read it.

And when Johnson saw the celebrity ads on TV, speaking as outsiders, she decided to make one of her own---from an insider's view.

This is a link to her 30 second TV ad. Please watch it and forward it.

She begins: "I used to tell women that abortion removed a mass of tissue, but that's not true. I had to account for the body parts of aborted babies."

She continues: "Yes, Planned Parenthood prevents pregnancies, but it also provides over 320,000 abortions each year---they won't protect your child because there's no money in doing that."

She concludes: "Abortion ends in death. Can you live with that? I couldn't."

A growing number of people are finding they, too, cannot live with that.

Life is a gift from God. Celebrate it.

Be Vigilant. Be Discerning. Be Informed. Be Active. Be Blessed.

  1. I wonder if those babies are watching from heaven and thinking
"There goes the key into that new car door, the car that was funded by putting probes where they don't belong..".

What can a person do but pray to God in heaven and ask him if he will tell those unborn that what was done was wrong?

Won't that great gulf between the living and the dead be bridged
by God one day because of Jesus?

As far as I know, the only limits to prayer are the will of God.
If anything we ask is according to his will, the scripture says that he will hear it. (I John 5:14)

A mother who aborted, though she suffer in this world, may find a welcome in heaven by those who rejoice because she made it there.

There are burdens of the heart that get lifted legaly because we have an advocate with the Father. (I John 2:1)

    May God bless Abby Johnson.

  2. I highly recommend reading unPLANNED. I was already prolife and even more so. I know somethings out there can be believable but Abby was there and know 100% what happens at Planned Parenthood. I hate the name of that place. Here is why. Planned Parenthood, they are not for helping you become parents of a live child but a dead one. They get more money from abortions then anything else. All they are doing is helping parents have a dead baby or a live one and most times is dead.

  3. First she says:

"...taxpayer dollars do not to pay for abortion. But of course they do. Planned Parenthood gets one-third of its entire budget from taxpayer funding and performed more than 650,000 abortions between 2008 and 2009. An abortion is expensive.."

In other words, abortion is a money loser and they have to subsidize it w/ public money by co-mingling funds. Then, she reverses course, and says:

"I was directed to double the number of abortions our clinic performed in order to drive up revenue"

How does increasing the volume of a money loser 'drive up revenue'? Wouldn't that mean abortion was subsidizing the health service?

Bottom line, you know nothing more about PP's business plan than you did before you read this article.

And I stand by my point that if you insist funds cannot be truly separated, then you are defacto arguing against the billions given to faith based charities. You would also have to give up the right wing's number one campaign funder, the chamber of commerce because they take foreign money and you say funds can't be separated.

  4. Faith-based charities aren't responsible for the murder of 50 million babys and counting.

    Craig in Lacey

  5. Craig,

The portion of planned parenthood that you are trying to defund isn't responsible for ANY abortions either.

  6. I wonder if anyone knows how many babies that were aborted would have been the first born. I wonder what the percentage is.

I wonder what kind of mother it is that has multiple abortions.

Is the government guilty of enabling, and should the taxpayers be partakers in such a thing?

  7. 7:11am

Taxpayer do not partake. Congress passed a law against that years ago. No federal money pays for abortions.
