Abortion Industry Changes Their Words But Not Their Ways

The lucrative abortion industry is in panic mode. This generation is not buying their marketing message of killing unwanted babies as a "pro-choice" act.

Planned Parenthood and their first cousins NARAL, Emily's list---you know their family, are now advocating a "pro-abortion reversal" of Roe v. Wade.

They are changing their words and their tactics.

They are now advocating the idea that abortion is a Second Amendment right, equivalent to the right to keep and bear arms.

They are dramatically changing their words and tactics, but be assured, Planned Parenthood's founder Margaret Sanger's philosophy and mission is intact. They have not departed from her eugenicist goals.

Here's the new game plan.

For years Hillary Clinton---a recent Margaret Sanger Award winner, and other abortion advocates claimed their goal was to make abortion "safer, legal and rare."

Those words worked for the previous generation, and gave the lucrative abortion business cover as they expanded the industry.

However, this generation is not buying their message. Logic and fact---and a renewed spiritual interest, has pushed this generation away from Planned Parenthood's tired old words, and toward a belief in the sanctity of life.

A university student told me recently, "We've seen the pictures and it's a real baby"---referring to the fact that ultrasound has become a friend of life. PP's old mantra about it being a "fetal mass" just isn't playing for this generation. They know it's a baby.

Now in desperation, fighting for their own life much like the unborn child in a mother's womb in the abortion clinic, the abortion industry has re-tooled their message.

They no longer celebrate Roe v. Wade, but are advocating it be overturned because it is "too restrictive" of what they believe should be an absolute right to terminate an unwanted pregnancy at any time for any reason.

As the lucrative abortion industry changes its marketing plan, even the New York Times admits "one of its most enduring labels of modern politics---'pro-choice'---has 'fallen from favor' as a valuable marketing message."

Janet Harris, writing for the Washington Post, says "Stop Calling Abortion a Difficult Decision."

She says, "When the pro-choice community frames abortion as a difficult decision, it implies that women need help deciding, which opens the door to 'paternalistic' and 'demeaning' 'informed consent' laws."

She also writes admitting it's a "hard choice" endows the fetus with a "status of being"---putting the focus on the fetus rather than the woman.

Mary Elizabeth Williams recently expressed the same thinking in her article in SALON Magazine titled, "So What If Abortion Ends a Human Life?" She claims all lives aren't equal. Some are more valuable than others.

We are seeing a new and re-tooled thrust by abortion activists aimed at winning back this generation.

The heart of the abortion activists attempt to resurrect themselves in this generation was seen in full display in a recent court case--Planned Parenthood v. Bently where a judge's opinion equated abortion to Second Amendment rights and the right to keep and bear arms.

US District Judge Myron H. Thompson said, "At its core, each protected right is held by the individual: the right to decide to have an abortion and the right to have and use firearms for self defense. However, neither right can be fully expressed without the assistance of someone else. The right to abortion cannot be exercised without a medical professional, and the right to keep and bear arms means little if there is no one from whom to acquire the handgun or ammunition."

This case was celebrated across the country among abortion activists. No where more than in the New York Times.

The New York Times' openly pro-abortion legal reporter Linda Greenhouse called the judges remarks and ruling "remarkable" and "delicious."

The abortion industry is changing its words, but it is not changing its ways.

The passionate mission of Planned Parenthood's founder Margaret Sanger and her euthenics has not changed.

Planned Parenthood and its abortion operation still focuses on the Black and minority neighborhoods.

But now the abortion industry, responsible for the death of over 57,114,108 unborn babies since Roe v. Wade, are fighting for their own life.

In their struggle to live, they are attempting to reverse Roe and replace it with a less restrictive law. And they are claiming abortion is a Second Amendment right.

And our president, and those on the progressive left who want to be president, are cheering them on.

Look at this "live" abortion clock as it tallies the deaths in real time.

Tell me with a clear conscience that this is equivalent to a Second Amendment right.

God help us.
