Obama Refuses Refugee Info to Florida Governor

Following last Sunday's massacre in Orlando, Florida, Governor Rick Scott told reporters that following the Paris attacks, he asked President Obama if the government would provide information on the Muslim refugees coming into his state.

The president's response is stunning, but not surprising.

And do you know how many Muslims worldwide are "favorable" toward ISIS?

The Obama administration told the Governor "no"---"no, we can't. It violates their privacy."

Gov. Scott says the federal government isn't sharing enough information about foreigners being allowed into the US.

He says, "If you're going to vet somebody who is going to come into the country, shouldn't my law enforcement officers know that information in case there's risk so they can keep my citizens safe?"

"I'm responsible for the 20 million people who live in our state, and the 100 million tourists. Our state is tied to tourism---we love people coming here---but give me a break---give me the information," he says.

The Governor says, "We want ISIS destroyed. Radical Islam does not belong here. If you believe in evil, we're going to do something about it."

Ten months ago Senator Jeff Sessions and Senator Ted Cruz sent three letters to various people in the administration also trying to find out about recently resettled refugees, but at this point have received no response to their inquiries.

The Financial Times is reporting that the FBI is "swamped by an avalanche of terror tips," with more than 10,000 coming in from the public.

If the public is so willing to help out in this crises, why is President Obama so unwilling to do so?

Lawyer, Christian writer, and brother to Rush, David Limbaugh is beside himself over this issue.

He writes, "There is just no excuse for Obama's warped moral compass---the way he excuses the culpable. And his judgments are not happening in a vacuum; they are guiding his policies, which are leading to more, not fewer, attacks against us."

Limbaugh says, "Obama will simply not identify this (or similar other attacks) as an act of Islamic jihad. He will only say the FBI is investigating it as a generic 'act of terrorism', and 'We've reached no definitive judgment on the precise motivations of the killer...And I've directed that we must spare no effort to determine what---if any---inspiration or association this killer may have had with terrorist groups'."

Limbaugh says, "Obama couldn't sprint to the lectern fast enough to tell Americans to not believe our lying eyes, saying we should view this slaughter through his perverse prism."

His article is thought provoking, because what he's saying is true.

He says, "Anyone with average intelligence and observation skills knows that Islamists are at war with 'infidels', and the United States, being the Great Satan, is at the top of that list. It doesn't matter what our policies are, and it doesn't matter how rich or poor these religious ideologues are; they aim to kill those who won't submit or convert. And this isn't rank speculation. They tell us this every time they open their mouths."

President Obama has said, "We need to demonstrate that we are defined more---as a country---by the way they lived their lives than by the hate of the man who took them from us."

Does he really believe that?

Limbaugh thinks he does, and that's why he's so upset. The lawyer/ Christian author says, "So Americans who had nothing to do with this mass killing have the burden of proving we are not defined by the hate of the terrorist? This really takes the cake. There are no words to sufficiently describe this insanity."

He's right. I can't think of any either.

The president is scheduled to be in Orlando today. Who knows what he will or won't say?

However, I think one thing is certain---his far Left ideology will direct his comments.

And his comments will somehow, some way lead to a lecture on guns and the need for confiscation, the need to further advance so-called LGBT rights, and our (we the ordinary people) need to examine ourselves to see what we are doing to cause the terrorists to commit these acts.

He will also imply that those Islamic radicals who act on jihad are a very few in number. Relatively speaking, that is true, in that there are about 1.6 billion Muslims in the world.

However, let's put that in perspective.

The true "perspective" is revealed in a November 2015 Pew survey.

In absolute numbers, more than 60 million Muslims the world over, a population roughly equal to that of America's 50 largest cities, holds a favorable view towards ISIS. Millions more are unsure whether they hold a favorable or unfavorable view towards ISIS.

Vigilance, Mr. President, would be more profitable than self-examination.

Be informed. Be Vigilant. Be Discerning. Be Not Afraid. Be Prayerful.
