NOAA Says "No" on Global Warming/Climate Change

Al Gore made hundreds of millions of dollars telling people the earth was headed toward extinction due to overheating.

Global Warming.

When certain of his predictions were not realized, we learned a new word--"Climate Change."

And "you," not nature, are responsible for it, according to these prophets.

President Obama told the nation in his State of the Union address last January,  "No challenge---no challenge---poses a greater threat to future generations than climate change."

Earlier this month the president released his plan to control climate change---calling it "the biggest, most important step we've ever taken to combat climate change."

It is big---it's a whopper.

But NOAA says "no". That's not what's happening. "Global Warming" is a misrepresentation.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) says no, this is not global warming as it has been presented.

If fact they reported in July that temperatures in the USA were -0.77 F colder than the 1901-2000 average.

NOAA says in fact 1936 was the hottest year in that century and was 4.93 F hotter than 2015 to date.

The West Coast is on fire this summer. If you live in Chelan or 36 other places in the Northwest, it's easy to see the results of the hot weather. It is tragic. And our prayers are with those who have and are suffering great loss.

But it isn't caused by "global warming" or "climate change" as it is presented by activists.

Neither is the California drought a result of the far left version of global warming.

It's a fact that glaciers on Mt. Rainier are melting. Last Thursday, The Seattle Times reported that there was a "glacial outburst" on the mountain that sent "churning meltwater and boulders" onto the road, terrifying two hikers, "who at first mistook the sound for that of a train." People were frightened, but not hurt.

Hot, but neither global warming nor climate change as it is presented.

Last January, the president said, "No challenge---no challenge---poses a greater threat to future generations than climate change."

He said, "2014 was the planet's warmest year on record," promising to use his pen and phone to change the culture and reverse climate change.

Earlier this month, President Obama promised sweeping new regulations on businesses and power plants, promising to complete a major international agreement on greenhouse gas emissions in Paris later this year.

The president and his administration say power plants are the biggest source of harmful carbon pollution, therefore must be highly regulated, reducing emissions initially by 32%.

Although it will all but put the coal industry out of business and drive up power costs for average Americans to where many will be unable to heat their homes and turn on their lights.

White House chief of staff Denis McDonough said last week, "There's not a more important issues on the president's agenda than climate."

Apparently more important than the security of our homeland. McDonough says, "We will not back down on this agenda."

Former NBC Today Show host, now talk show host Katie Couric asked Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett-Packer, if she thought "so-called global warming is a serious issue?"

"I think it's an issue," she said, "but I think we need to be focusing our time, energy and resources on innovations. We need to keep it in perspective."

She said this administration is talking about banning coal, while half of America's energy comes from coal.

This, in her mind and many other conservatives, would undermine both the economy and the security of the United Sates.

President Obama has alerted the military there will be a shift in their responsibilities, telling the Coast Guard Academy their duties will include fighting against global warming.

Many in the science community have attempted to get the truth out, but have been muzzled, shunned and mocked.

Ivar Giaever, a Nobel Prize-Winner for physics, says, "I would say that basically global warming is a non-problem."

The Heartland Institute has published many reports from the science community that focus on free market solutions to today's problems.

Institute experts said Thursday the Remote Sensing Systems, which provide data to NASA, NOAA and the National Science Foundation, have confirmed "the global mean surface temperature has not risen for 18 consecutive years.

The Institute reveals that while the "climate alarmists" insist that man made atmospheric carbon dioxide is a dangerous trace gas, insisting its increase will raise global temperatures and wreak havoc upon the Earth's climate and biosphere, science says otherwise.

Despite a 9% increase in CO2 over the past 18 years, there has been no rise in global temperature.

"Over this time period the air's CO2 content has risen 40 parts per million, which represents fully one-third the total global CO2 increase since the beginning of the industrial Revolution, yet contrary to model projections, planetary temperatures have failed to rise," the scientists say.

Well known scientist Art Robinson has spearheaded "The Petition Project".

So far he has gathered 31,487 signatures of scientists who agree that there is "no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other green house gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate."

Why is the secular progressive left so obsessed with the global warming cause?

Control. Scare tactics has been used throughout history to control the thoughts and actions of populations.

Profit. Those who preach the gospel of redistribution of wealth, are themselves using "global warming fear" to amass millions, in the case of Al Gore, hundreds of millions of dollars in personal wealth.

It's a scam. And unfortunately, the religious left has bought in with a new revised and expanded version of social justice that includes supporting the madness of the global warming.

Biblical Christians are called to stewardship, not slavery---and that includes the environment.

A growing number of scientists are saying it's past time for the world to realize the scam and "stop the madness" over so-called global warming.

Fear and anxiety are often used to manipulate people's lives. Global Warming/Climate Change is an example.

It has been said the Bible says, "Do not be afraid" or "fear not" 365 times. Some say they have counted the times and there aren't that many.

I haven't counted them, but I know for certain that "fear not" is often expressed in God's Word.

And there are almost 32,000 scientists now saying "fear not" about the secular version of global warming.

Be Informed. Be Vigilant. Be Discerning. Be Blessed.
