Big Tech Exec's "Explain" To House Judiciary Anti-Trust Committee

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Apple CEO Tim Cook, and Sundar Pichai of Google explained yesterday why they are not violating anti-trust laws, and are not manipulating information that's given to the American public.

However: Their actions contradict their words. And they know it.

You should also know that they are controlling and manipulating the information that is available on the internet.

Be informed, not misled.

Yesterday CEOs from Facebook, Amazon, Apple, and Google testified before the House Judiciary Antitrust subcommittee.

The much-hyped "hearing" was, in my opinion, a lot of deadpanning and sidestepping on the part of the almost trillionaire CEOs with a lot of: "I'm not sure, I'll look into it" responses.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg told the committee that Facebook is based on American values---"a proudly American company"--- and "We believe in values---democracy, competition, inclusion, and free expression."

Sure he does.

Google, who reached a $170 million settlement with the Federal Trade Commission last year after an investigation into allegations that YouTube (which is owned by Google) had violated federal data privacy laws about children, told the committee how seriously they take the area of children, because, as Google CEO said, "I'm a parent too."

The "masters of the universe" are not telling the truth.

A few days after the 2016 election, speaking to Google employees, Google VP for Global Affairs Kent Walker assured the company that despite Trump's election, "history was on their side," but they must work to ensure that "populism [and] nationalism" around the world is nothing more than a "blip" and a "hiccup" in the march towards progress.

He said:
"We're trying to figure out how to respond to that"---"that" being the ultimate goal of globalism---, "what are the next steps for us before the world comes into this environment of tribalism that's self-destructive in the long term."

"Yet," he said, "we do think that history is on our side in a profound and important way...and that the moral arc of history is long but it bends toward progress."

"Tribalism" is national sovereignty and "progress" is globalism to a progressive.

That was 2016---the so-called "night after" Trump became President.

This is 2020, a little more than 90 days before it could happen again, unless they intervene.

The actions of the "masters" defy their words. Google has purged Breitbart News from search results.

The masters of information have been manipulating information for a long time. First, it was simply for profit to launch their new information platforms. Now, with financial success, the attention has turned to globally controlling what people think---with a particular focus on defeating Trump in the 2020 election.

By all accounts, Trump is a roadblock to their high tech's progressive plan for our lives.

Breitbart is by no means the only news organization targeted, but with Drudge Report taking a severe left turn politically in the past year or so, and Fox morphing a bit, they are certainly one of the most influential. And Google knows it. And so does Breitbart.

So Breitbart has done an in-depth study of how Google has undermined access to the news organization over the last 3 years.

They said this yesterday:

There are several ways in which Google is interfering in the 2020 election, but this article will focus primarily on one of them: political search bias.
Search visibility is a key industry measure of how findable a publisher’s content is in Google search. New data shows that Google has suppressed Breitbart’s search visibility by 99.7 percent since 2016.
On April 4, 2016, Breitbart ranked in the top ten search positions (i.e., on the first page of Google search results) for 355 key search terms; but now, as of July 20, 2020, Breitbart ranks in the top ten search positions for only one search term. And, on April 4, 2016, Breitbart ranked in the top 100 search positions for 16,820 key search terms; but now, as of July 20, 2020, Breitbart ranks in the top 100 search positions for only 55 search terms.

The news organization then proceeds to publish actual graphs supporting their claims. I would strongly encourage you to follow the link above to the source and take a closer look.

Here is a summary---which is all supported by data on graphs.

On May 1, Google searches for "Joe Biden" generated approximately 30,000 impressions (views used as a metric for advertisers) for Breitbart links. On or about May 5, Google search impressions and search traffic to Breitbart for "Joe Biden" or other Biden-related search terms has gone to zero. Zero.

Dr. Robert Epstein, a psychologist and former Hillary Clinton supporter---and recognized expert on search engine bias says:
"For news websites large and small, Google---in combination with its YouTube offshoot---typically drives between 30 and 50% of the traffic to those sites. For the New York Times, the percentage is currently 39.3%. At the moment Google is responsible for just 9% of Breitbart's traffic. Given the size of Breitbart's audience, this suggests to me that Breitbart is listed on one or more of Google's blacklists."

Epstein continues,

"Those are the lists that Google denies having---even under oath in congressional hearings---even though two of those blacklists were leaked from the company last year by whistleblower Zach Vorhies. How many blacklists they actually maintain is unknown, but it wouldn't surprise me if its a hundred or more."

The psychologist has written in the past that Google's search bias can affect undecided voters by offering them selective information about political candidates. This is because voters are not inclined to suspect search results of bias in the same way they might suspect a CNN or New York Times report to be biased.

Epstein has told Congress in a meeting last year on the subject, that big tech could influence an extraordinary number of voters without any trace.

He says:
"In 2020---if all these [big tech] companies are supporting the same candidate---there are 15 million votes on the line that can be shifted without people's knowledge, and without leaving a paper trail for authorities to trace."

The takeaway.

Google has stated they will work to make Trump and conservatism a "blip" in history. Now with little more than 90 days until the 2020 election, Google is manipulating election-related search results.

Google's efforts and ability to carry out those efforts cause any foreign power's attempt to interfere in our 2020 election pale in comparison.

It was a young Abraham Lincoln who once predicted that should America ever fall, it would not be from an enemy across the sea---it would be from the enemy within.

If you are a Christian and/or a conservative, these folks are not your friend.

Ephesians 5:6

"Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience."
