The man who used to own the Delaware computer repair shop where Hunter Biden left his notorious laptop says bankruptcy is looming for him as his life has been turned upside down by private citizens, tech giants, and federal agencies since the contents of the laptop became public.
It's sad but alarming what an act of patriotism can cost a citizen when they cross a radical leftist power cartel in our "democracy"---regardless of which family it happens to be. In this case, it's the Bidens.
The computer guy says he was just trying to do the right thing. An act of patriotism.

Be informed, not misled.
John Paul Mac Isaac, 45, is telling the New York Post that he has "received a slew of death threats" after he revealed what was on Hunter Biden's laptop that Hunter dropped off at his shop on April 12, 2019.
He says, "There were multiple situations where people came in and you could tell they were not there to have a computer fixed. And if there were not other people in the shop, I don't know what would have happened. I was having vegetables, eggs, dog "s___" [manure] thrown at the shop every morning."
He was trying to do the right thing.
Hunter never returned to pick it up. Over time Isaac became concerned about some of the content, particularly because Joe Biden was running for President of the United States, so he informed the FBI of the device, then gave it to former New York City Mayor Rudi Giuliani. Eventually, the New York Post came into possession of it and published a number of articles from the content on the laptop in October 2020---in the runup to the election.
The laptop contained a lot of family-related information, including details of Hunter's relationship with the corrupt Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company that was paying Hunter something between $50 and $80 thousand dollars per month to sit on the board, although Hunter had no experience in gas or energy in general.
The laptop also contained information about a deal Hunter was putting together with a Chinese energy company that involved tens of millions of dollars---and it involved his father.
Mac, his patriotism, and the information about the Biden family cartel were not received well.
It devolved into such chaos that Mac had to close his shop. Two days after the election, he was forced to leave town. He went to Lakewood, Colorado where he stayed with his family.
He had also been forced to begin using his 401(k) to pay his bills, having been denied unemployment several times. He then sent a letter to Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.), a close ally of Joe Biden, last December. Following the letter, he began receiving his unemployment payments, although he says it ended up being thousands of dollars short of what it was supposed to be.
Mac also filed a suit against Twitter over their refusal to allow the truth of why he had turned the laptop over to the FBI and others. Six months after the filing, a judge dismissed the case with prejudice and ordered Mac to cover Twitter's expenses---which are about $175,000.
In September he received a notice from the IRS regarding his tax return from 2016. He took the notice to an accountant friend who told him "the agency doesn't go back that far unless they are looking for something."
Mac paid the amount in question, noting that he, along with many others in our country, have "seen the progressive weaponization of the IRS over the past decade."
Facebook has also censored and canceled any information about Mac, the laptop, the information on the laptop, and anything related to the incident.
Now he finds himself in uncharted territory.
He has written a book and found a publisher willing to work with him, but it may be too little too late.
He's facing bankruptcy.
Mac says he has been doing odd jobs trying to earn money while living with family.
His complete life has been upended.
However, he says, "If I had the choice to do it again, I would absolutely do it again. I was raised since 9/11 to believe if you see something you say something."
What should the attitude of Christian citizens be toward the nation in which they live?
Although it may seem like a redundant or even rhetorical question, the Bible is pretty clear about what patriotism is, and is not. And citizens are called to be patriotic from a biblical worldview.
A biblical worldview would never endorse a kind of "blind patriotism" in which a Christian would simply go along with, nor endorse.
Christians are not directed to support leaders that advance, say, same-sex marriage, abortion, and other blatant contradictions to God's Word.
Biblical patriotism, I believe, would be defined as, "That which promotes, loves, defends, encourages and supports the good of one's own nation from a biblical worldview." But that will also honestly disagree and constructively criticize the government and the leadership when they do things contrary to God's Word.
Our Founders used God's Word as a guide in framing our founding documents. Our new nation was blessed exponentially.
- A Patriot loves the nation into which God has placed him.
- A Patriot calls out wrongdoing in his nation.
A biblical patriotism recognizes that God has established separate nations on earth.
Note Acts 17:26: "And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation."
- God made all nations with one blood---the human race.
- God made the Earth for nations to dwell on.
- God determines the appointed time of all nations.
- God determines the bounds of all nations.
In Genesis 12:2 we're told, "And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing:"
- God establishes specific nations in specific ways.
Job 12:23 recognizes that God controls separate nations on Earth: "He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again.”
- God increases Nations.
- God destroys Nations.
- God enlarges Nations.
- God Leads Nations.
God opposes globalism. The fact of separate nations on Earth reveals the wisdom of God, in that it prevents the rule of one worldwide dictator who would have power over the Earth, while there would none to disagree with his policies. We see a reflection of that in dictator-run countries today.
God will not allow globalism until His appointed time when an anti-Christ will arise and deceive the earth until Christ Himself will return and will rule and reign for a thousand years.
All dictators to date have ultimately been defeated and removed: Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, the Caesars of Rome, Hitler, and others have all been defeated at some point.
Our Declaration of Independence recognizes the divine establishment of separate nations when it says "When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and nature's God entitle them."
Takeaway
We are to be salt and light where God has planted us on this Earth. God has placed us in America for a purpose. We are to obey God's Word in every endeavor of life, and by the power of the Holy Spirit within us, we are to lead people to Christ and speak biblical principles and truth into the culture.
That's our mission.
And when a leader or a culture demands we, as citizens, purposefully break the teachings of the Bible, we are to "obey God rather than man" ( Acts 5:29).
And we must always remain vigilant in working to elect people to public office who most strongly support our godly, biblical values.
