Americans, regardless of the color of our skin, are learning there are things more important to the Leftist movement in our country than "black lives."
It's the cultural Marxist agenda. They call it "progressivism."
Presidential candidate Joe Biden promised, if elected, he would appoint the first black woman to the Supreme Court---not based on merit, but because of her skin color.
"Get out of the way, MLK."
Clarence Thomas is one of the finest minds ever to sit on the US Supreme Court. He, too, has black skin.
But he's different in the mind of the Leftists.
And they're trying to remove him from the Supreme Court.

Yesterday the Democrat Party sent out a special message email quoting Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
It said this:

Clearly, the Left's goal is not to adhere to our Constitution but rather weaponize the US Supreme Court to become one more institution of destruction against anything and anyone who stands in the way of their so-called "progress."
Justice Clarence Thomas has recently been under attack by the radical Left and, of course, the media, both accusing him of "ethic violations" related to a couple of his wealthy friends.
Yesterday his financial disclosures were released. The Daily Caller published this overview:
- Justice Clarence Thomas’ 2022 financial disclosure released Thursday adds new information in accordance with updated rules issued by the Judicial Conference of the United States in March.
- The attorney who helped prepare it, Berke Farah LLP managing partner Elliot Berke, said the disclosure refutes allegations of ethics violations “trumped up in this partisan feeding frenzy.”
- “Several other Justices have been accused of ethics infractions of late as well, and while I do not represent them, I have seen no evidence to suggest their conduct was anything other than consistent with the rules in effect at the time the reports were filed, or due to inadvertent mistakes – as is the case with Justice Thomas,” Berke wrote in the disclosure’s executive summary.
Over the past months, Thomas has been the subject of a number of reports by ProPublica and others alleging he violated ethics rules by accepting gifts from wealthy friends. Daily Caller News Foundation investigations revealed ProPublica, the outlet that has published the most on Thomas, shares many of the same donors with left-wing groups calling for the justice to resign or be investigated, in addition to citing ethics experts that overwhelmingly donated to Democrats.
Seven of the nine ethics experts cited in ProPublica’s stories on Thomas and Alito have collectively given over $100,000 to Democratic campaigns and left-wing causes, FEC records show. Several also work for organizations calling for Thomas’ resignation backed by donors that fund ProPublica, the DCNF previously reported. The ProPublica stories did not disclose these ethics experts’ donations or the fact it shares donors with groups pushing for Thomas to resign.
ProPublica published several stories over the past few months, citing experts who allege Thomas violated high court ethics rules by failing to disclose expensive trips he took with his billionaire friend Harlan Crow, along with Crow’s purchase of Thomas’ mother’s home and the payment of his grandnephew’s private school tuition. In a June 20 report, which Alito preempted with his own Wall Street Journal op-ed, the outlet quoted experts who alleged the Supreme Court justice violated ethics rules by failing to disclose his 2008 Alaska fishing trip with billionaire Paul Singer.
“It should come as no surprise that ProPublica, in a partisan and politically motivated attack on a constitutionalist Supreme Court, chooses to selectively interview Democrat donors pretending to be independent experts on judicial ethics,” Mike Davis, the former chief counsel for nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and founder and president of the Article III Project, told the DCNF.
“They have no interest in applying ethics standards fairly or objectively,” Davis continued. “They are leftwing ideologues who shouldn’t be taken seriously.”
“These so-called experts only want to go after justices who disagree with their worldview,” Davis said.
The Daily Caller goes into considerable detail about the "experts." Who they are and how much they have contributed to far-left causes and candidates.
The National Review, in their article yesterday, said: "Justice Thomas 2022 Financial-Disclosure Form Clears Up Past Errors, Undermines Corruption Allegations."
The truth always "undermines" evil deeds.
The Attack on Clarence Thomas is not new.
Thankfully, Republicans are coming to the defense of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas once again as the left and their allies in the media continue false and unrelenting attacks on his character.
Congressmen Jim Jordan, Chip Roy, and Mike Johnson released this statement yesterday:
"The Left has been out to get Justice Clarence Thomas for over 30 years. They started before he was even confirmed. Despite their baseless attacks, he has not stopped standing up for the rule of law and the Constitution. He is a threat to the radical progressives' agenda because he openly defies them and he cannot be intimidated. We pray for Justice Thomas and his family and thank him for his decades of faithful service to our nation."
They're right.
Townhall asks, "Who could forget the Democrats' "high tech lynching" of Thomas during his confirmation hearings in 1991. They tried to get Thomas to drop out of the process by smearing his character. Then Democratic Senator Joe Biden led the charge but was unsuccessful."
"I think that this today is a travesty. I think that it is disgusting. I think that this hearing should never occur in America. This is a case in which this sleaze, this dirt was searched for by staffers of members of this committee was then leaked to the media and this committee and this body validated it and displayed it in primetime over our entire nation," Thomas said to the Senate Judiciary Committee. "The Supreme Court is not worth it. No job is worth it. I am not here for that. I am here for my name. My family. My life and my integrity."
"This is a circus. It's a national disgrace and from my standpoint as a black American, as far as I'm concerned it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas. And it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you. You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S, Senate rather than hung from a tree," he continued.
Thomas famously said he would rather die than withdraw from the process.
