Children are being targeted once again with occultic entertainment. A handful of satanic-themed shows will be released in the coming months with stories that try to make witchcraft, demons, and even sex with the devil look appealing.

The family-friendly entertainment organization Movieguide and a watchdog group, Parents Television & Media Council, are sounding the alarm on two series that are primarily directed toward children.

Parents and grandparents...Please be informed, not misled.

An effort to keep Pauline off Disney+ channel in the US.

Movieguide has already collected 20,000 petition signatures with the goal of stopping the release of Pauline, a satanic series on the Disney Plus platform in the United States.

This is what they have to say about Pauline:

Dear concerned parents and guardians,

I write to you today with a sense of deep concern and urgency. It is distressing to learn that Disney Plus is set to release a new satanic love story called Pauline.

A DISTURBING PREMISE

Disney Plus is set to release a new satanic love story called Pauline.

Let me be clear - Pauline is not just another piece of entertainment. It follows the story of Pauline, a teenage girl who becomes pregnant from a one-night stand with Satan. If that wasn’t horrifying enough -- the series follows this satanic relationship which devolves into a sordid romance between the teenager and the devil.

AN ATTACK ON OUR CHILDREN

What's even more alarming is that Pauline will be hosted on Disney+, a platform aimed at children and teenagers. If released, there will be millions of young viewers who may perceive this twisted and disturbing story as desirable and exciting. The show's attempt to normalize and even promote demonic association is a blatant attempt to blur the lines of morality and make evil desirable.

Horrifically, this series portrays Satan as a romantic partner. By normalizing and promoting such a relationship, "Pauline" sends a dangerous message to young viewers that associating with demons, Satan, and evil is acceptable and even sexy or desirable.

I’m certain that if released, this show will have a horrible cognitive and emotional effect on our youth.

When Pauline was green-lighted to move forward to production last year, CBN said, "The streaming platform has given the green light to start production on a new German original series titled Pauline. According to Deadline, a film industry journal, the series follows an 18-year-old girl who becomes pregnant after a one-night stand with the devil."

The series' creators, who are behind Netflix's How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast), say the project is "very close" to their hearts.

"For a long time, the series has been and still remains a project very close to our hearts," Philipp Käßbohrer and Matthias Murmann said. "We're thrilled that Disney+ loves this coming-of-age story as much as we do and that we've now been able to begin filming with such an amazing cast and crew."

Disney has lost its way. And a lot of money for stockholders.

Lately, Disney's "coming-of-age" films have been out of touch with what parents want their kids to watch. They often push content with themes around witchcraft, sex, and violence.

Last year, the company lost over $100 million each for its animated movies, Light Year and Strange World, which depicted same-sex relationships on screen.

The project was scheduled to be released in Europe last May.

They are now planning its release in the US.

"The Princess of Hell" is not the only one. There's more.

Meanwhile, the Parents Television and Media Council is warning parents about a separate demonic-themed animated show on Amazon Prime Video.

Here's a summary:

According to Deadline, the adult animated musical comedy Hazbin Hotel follows Charlie, the Princess of Hell, as she pursues a goal of "rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in hell. After yearly extermination imposed by angels, she opens a hotel in the hopes that patrons will be 'checking out' into Heaven."

"While most of Hell mocks her goal, her devoted partner Vaggie, and their first test subject, adult-film star Angel Dust, stick by her side," reads the Deadline description.

"[Hell is] portrayed as a place of freedom where you can have fun and indulge all your sexual and perverse desires," reads a statement from PTC. "Meanwhile, the citizens of heaven are portrayed as cruel, misogynistic, and vulgar. Just the first episode contained more than 50 uses of foul language (22 uncensored f-words, 12 uncensored s-words), among other disturbing sexualized themes. Because the program originated on YouTube it has a built-in audience of teens despite the adult content it contains."

Takeaway

Mike Signorelli, senior pastor of V1 Church in New York City, told CBN that he believes the series is an effort to normalize anti-biblical sentiment.

"They are trying to desensitize us and our kids to the demonic. It's that simple. We've seen that over and over and over again," he said. "But a show comes out, and the attempt is to make something (normal) that biblically is not normal — trying to accept something that God clearly opposes, and it's disgusting."

It's beyond "disgusting." It's demonic.

  • Satan constantly seeks those whom he may devour. James 4:7: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
  • Satan also presents himself as an angel of light. 2 Corinthians 11:14: "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."
  • Do not be deceived.
  • Be informed, vigilant, and discerning.
  • Be prayerful. Pray a hedge of protection around your children and grandchildren.

Be Informed. Be Discerning. Be Vigilant. Be Engaged. Be Prayerful.
