Biden Tries to Steal Easter

President Joe Biden’s White House has declared Easter, the holiest of Christian holidays “Transgender Day of Visibility,” announcing that “transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our nation.”

Biden tried to steal Easter but miserably failed.

He's not the first to attempt replacing Easter with something less.

His so-called Easter presidential declaration is chilling and disgusting to the more than 2 billion Christians who celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus Christ yesterday.

Be informed, not misled.

Apparently, it wasn't evil enough for President Biden to attempt to steal Easter from Christians with a day of affirmation and near worship of the transgender movement.

More on that in a minute.

About the Saturday egg art contest.

The Biden White House also banned religious-themed art from this year’s Easter egg art contest. He  barred “any questionable content” which included “religious symbols, overtly religious themes, or partisan political statements.”

A flyer detailing the 2024 contest touts the Easter traditions of the White House, identifying the holiday — which celebrates the resurrection of Jesus, the Son of God, rising from the dead after paying the ultimate sacrifice to reconcile humanity back to God — as “one of the oldest time-honored traditions at the White House."

The president says, "On behalf of First Lady Jill Biden, The Adjutants General of the National Guard are asking youth from National Guard families across the United States and all U.S. territories to submit artwork inspired by the theme “Celebrating our Military Families.”

No president, in my opinion, has ever "celebrated our military families" less than this president.

Yet the Biden administration is eliminating God from the holiday as much as possible, despite that being the entire point of Easter.

The Easter egg art contest asks youth from National Guard families to “submit artwork inspired by the theme “Celebrating our Military Families.”

Pair that with Biden declaring Easter Sunday this year the “Transgender Day of Visibility,” and many are calling him out for the overtly anti-God approach to the holiday.

Please include me in the "many."

At the moment, I can't find the words to explain how profoundly this offends me. I trust it offends you as well.

It's unacceptable and offensive for any US president to take these anti-Christian positions.

Easter Sunday--"The Transgender Day of Visibility" in the US.

President Joe Biden’s White House has declared the holiest of Christian holidays “Transgender Day of Visibility,” announcing that “transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our nation.”

Biden issued an official proclamation on Good Friday, reading, “We honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirm our Nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect Union — where all people are created equal and treated equally throughout their lives.”

He continued:

I am proud that my Administration has stood for justice from the start, working to ensure that the LGBTQI+ community can live openly, in safety, with dignity and respect.  I am proud to have appointed transgender leaders to my Administration and to have ended the ban on transgender Americans serving openly in our military.  I am proud to have signed historic Executive Orders that strengthen civil rights protections in housing, employment, health care, education, the justice system, and more.  I am proud to have signed the Respect for Marriage Act into law, ensuring that every American can marry the person they love.

Transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our Nation.

Easter has never been about Joe Biden or his Transgender movement. For two thousand years, Easter has been about Jesus Christ and His miserable, excruciating death on the cross because we owed a price for our sin---Christ paid the price we could not pay.

All of us are sinners. All of us would be required to pay the price for our sins---which is hell--- had he not died in our place and risen from the dead on a Sunday morning. We call it Easter, or more correctly, "Resurrection Sunday."

Biden’s proclamation calls for Congress to pass the Equality Act, which would codify Democrats’ embrace of gender identity, the made-up concept that one can identify as a sex other than what they were born as. Democrats have tried to pass the bill for years but have yet to get it across a president’s desk.

Biden says, "My Administration is working to stop the bullying and harassment of transgender children and their families."

Instead of celebrating transgenderism, we should be helping these people and rescuing them from the destructive consequences of transgenderism.

This should not surprise us. In June 2023, the White House held an event for “LGBTQI+ families,” during which transgender activist Rose Montoya and other transgender activists flashed their bare chests. The White House has even pushed transgenderism on children.

Takeaway

White House spokesman Andrew Bates released a statement saying those critical of Biden’s inclusiveness message are trying to further divide the country.

“As a Christian who celebrates Easter with family, President Biden stands for bringing people together and upholding the dignity and freedoms of every American,” Bates said in a statement. “Sadly, it’s unsurprising politicians are seeking to divide and weaken our country with cruel, hateful, and dishonest rhetoric. President Biden will never abuse his faith for political purposes or for profit.”

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson sees it very differently.

He accused the Biden administration of betraying what Easter Sunday stands for after the White House also banned religious egg designs in its Easter Art Event, which, like the annual Easter Egg Roll, is part of the White House’s Easter traditions.

"The Biden White House has betrayed the central tenet of Easter — which is the resurrection of Jesus Christ," Johnson posted on X. "Banning sacred truth and tradition—while at the same time proclaiming Easter Sunday as 'Transgender Day'—is outrageous and abhorrent. The American people are taking note."

Franklin Graham wrote that Biden and his administration have "little respect" for God.

"This once again shows how little respect President Biden and his administration have for God," Graham wrote, in part. "On the most significant day of the Christian calendar, when the Church around the world celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ who died and shed His blood for the sins of mankind, the Biden administration uses this opportunity to flaunt sin, to glorify sin, and to celebrate sin."

Well said. May God deliver us.
