Muslim Demanding Public "Prayer" in all Neighborhoods

Former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan lashed out online after Americans pushed back against his defense of the Islamic call to prayer being played in U.S. neighborhoods.

The Islamic call to prayer, or adhan, is broadcast five times daily and serves as a prominent auditory reminder of faith across Muslim communities. Hasan went on an extended rant on X, blasting what he called right-wing intolerance and claiming Muslim Americans face growing hostility from conservatives.

So, anyone who does not support Islamic prayers blasted across their neighborhood five times daily over loudspeakers is intolerant.

And hostile.

Be informed, not misled.

He says, “I think that if you can play church bells, you can pray the [Islamic] call to prayer. We are as American as anyone else and don’t take any BS,” Hasan can be heard saying in a video that was circulated on social media Tuesday. Republican Texas Rep. Brandon Gill quoted the video showing Hasan making those comments on the same day, sparking an exchange between the two.

Hasan responded by pointing out that Gill’s wife is Indian American and the daughter of an immigrant. The congressman’s father-in-law is prominent Christian conservative documentary filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza.

Gill, in return, responded to Hasan, pointing out that his wife is a Christian who “doesn’t want to hear your oppressive Muslim prayer calls. He added, “If you want to live in a Muslim country, go back to the UK.” Hasan was born and raised in England to Muslim parents from India.

Hasan fired back, accusing Gill and other Republicans of bigotry.

He wrote, "Multiple sitting GOP members of Congress now sound like Ku Klux Klan wizards. The levels of ignorance, racism, and Christian nationalism are off the charts. Good luck to the poor Muslim Americans who have to live in this guy’s district."

One of the great virtues of America is that no one has to live anywhere. It's their choice.

Hasan also targeted The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh, who said that America was built by free men, not slaves, during an exchange that was sparked by Walsh’s quote of the viral video featuring the ex-MSNBC host.

“This country was not built by slaves, much less the handful of Muslim ones owned by the 2 percent of Americans who ever had slaves to begin with,” Walsh wrote, “Every Muslim country on the planet had slavery for exponentially longer and relied on it exponentially more than the USA ever did. Which is why Western countries had to shut down the Arab slave trade by force.”

Church bells and Islamic prayers.

“I think that if you can play church bells, you can pray the [Islamic] call to prayer," he says.

The soothing sounds of church bells, Christian or otherwise, are different than the blaring speaker amps of Islamic prayers.

Hasan and his friends know that, but they don't care.

America is the only nation founded on the Truth of the Bible. All other nations have been founded from ancient bloodlines, ancient borders, and conquest.

Via Wall Builders:

  • John Adams, Founding Father and second President, said: " The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity. I will avow that I then believed, and now believe, that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God."

Without religion, this world would be something not fit to be mentioned in polite company: I mean hell.

The Christian religion is, above all the religions that ever prevailed or existed in ancient or modern times, the religion of wisdom, virtue, equity and humanity.

America was uniquely born in an understanding that if the Lord does not build the house, those who labor in building it will fail.

Suppose a nation in some distant region should take the Bible for their only law book and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited. . . . What a Eutopia – what a Paradise would this region be!

I have examined all religions, and the result is that the Bible is the best book in the world.

  • John Quincy Adams, the sixth President and son of John Adams, said, "In the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior. The Declaration of Independence laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity."
  • Jedidiah Morse, Historian of the American Revolution, educator, and Father of American Geography, said, "To the kindly influence of Christianity we owe that degree of civil freedom and political and social happiness which mankind now enjoys. All efforts made to destroy the foundations of our Holy Religion ultimately tend to the subversion also of our political freedom and happiness. In proportion as the genuine effects of Christianity are diminished in any nation… in the same proportion will the people of that nation recede from the blessings of genuine freedom… Whenever the pillars of Christianity shall be overthrown, our present republican forms of government – and all the blessings which flow from them – must fall with them."
  • Noah Webster, Founding Father, Judge, Instructor, and Father of modern public education, said, "The religion which has introduced civil liberty is the religion of Christ and His apostles… This is genuine Christianity, and to this we owe our free constitutions of government. The moral principles and precepts found in the Scriptures ought to form the basis of all our civil constitutions and laws."

Takeaway

After hearing the Founding Fathers speak to the role of Christianity in the founding of America, listen to this.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tells its readers, "The claim that America was founded on Christianity instead of Sharia law is based on a misunderstanding of the nation's founding principles, which were secular and Enlightenment-based, not founded on any specific religion."

Clearly, AI is biased against Christianity.

Some in the US believe Christianity and Islam are essentially the same because both religions pray to the same God.

That's not true. There is a significant difference between the two religions; not least, Christianity is not a "religion" as such. It is based on the individual having a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Islam was founded by an Arab merchant named Muhammad about AD 622. Muhammed claimed to have received a revelation from an angel of God, and although he initially feared it had come from Satan, he later claimed to be the last and greatest of all God’s prophets.

  • Muhammed had fifteen wives (although he limited other men to four wives apiece) and sanctioned the beating of wives (Sura 4:34).
  • Muhammad was well known for spreading his new religion by force. He commanded, “Fight and slay the Pagans wherever you find them” (Sura 9:5). He specified the proper way to execute an unbeliever was to cut his throat (Sura 47:4).
  • Muhammed led raids against caravans to plunder their goods, broke oaths, ordered the murder of those who mocked him, and wiped out the last Jewish tribe in Medina—he killed all the men and enslaved the women and children.
  • Interestingly, Muhammad acknowledged his own need to seek forgiveness on occasion (Sura 40:55).

In stark contrast to the moral depravity of Muhammad, Jesus Christ was above reproach in every way (2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus never married, He defended and honored women (John 8:1–11), and His law was “love one another” (John 13:34). Accordingly, Jesus never assassinated anyone, never beat a woman, never enslaved a child, never broke a promise, and never plundered a caravan. On the cross, when Jesus was mocked by those nearby, His response was, “Father, forgive them” (Luke 23:34).

Jesus Christ is God. He died on a cross, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day just as He said he would.

It is upon that Truth that America was created to become the most prosperous, blessed, free, and generous nation in the history of the world.

Yes, there is a great difference between the blaring sounds of the Islamic prayers throughout the day and the sweet sound of Liberty ringing throughout the land.
