Voter Fraud: Here We Go Again

"BREAKING: The FBI has just executed a SEARCH WARRANT at the Fulton County, GA Election HQ, pretty much GROUND ZERO for voter fraud in the 2020 election" (Nick Sortor).

According to Reuters, "The FBI searched an election office in Georgia's Fulton County outside Atlanta on Wednesday, pursuing U.S. President Donald Trump's false claims that his 2020 election defeat was the result of widespread voting fraud."

The FBI said in a brief statement that its agents executed a warrant at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center in Union City, a large, warehouse-like facility opened by Georgia officials in 2023, and called it a "court-authorized law enforcement activity."

Be informed, not misled.

Reuters reports, "The search concluded on Wednesday night," a law enforcement official said.

The warrant "sought a number of records related to 2020 elections," the Fulton County government said in a brief statement about the search, the latest in a string of actions by Trump's administration to use the Justice Department against his perceived enemies or to intervene in cases where he believes he was treated unfairly."

You may recall that Joe Biden won in Georgia — a state most polls showed Trump would win.

Reuters continues, "The FBI agents were looking to seize computers and ballots they believed were held at the facility as part of an investigation into possible election interference, a law enforcement official told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity."

Keep in mind, Reuters is extremely biased against Trump and any mention of possible voter fraud.

Their story on this reflects their extreme bias.

Nick Sortor, an independent journalist who broke the story of fraud involving the Somali community in Minneapolis, also broke this story.

The Daily Caller says, "The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly conducted a warrant in a Georgia election office in a search tied to the 2020 election.

FBI agents were seen entering the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center, a new facility that officials opened in 2023.

The FBI’s national press office issued a statement to The Daily Caller. “The FBI is conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity.  No other information is available at this time.”

The report follows Fulton County’s acknowledgment in December that roughly 315,000 early-voting ballots in the 2020 presidential contest lacked required poll-worker signatures on tabulation tapes, according to The Federalist.

‘When the law demands three signatures on tabulator tapes and the county fails to follow the rules, those 315,000 votes are, by definition, uncertified.’

Earlier this month, Fulton County admitted that approximately 315,000 early votes from the 2020 election were illegally certified but were nonetheless still included in the final results of that election.

The admission came during a Dec. 9 hearing before the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) stemming from a challenge filed by David Cross, a local election integrity activist. Cross filed a challenge with the SEB in March 2022. Cross alleged that Fulton County violated Georgia election rules in the handling of advanced voting ahead of the November 2020 election, counting hundreds of thousands of votes even though polling workers failed to sign off on the vote tabulation “tapes” critical to the certification process.

And Fulton County admitted to it.

Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, told the SEB in the hearing that while she has “not seen the tapes” herself, the county does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.” Brumbaugh continued, “It was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building, a new board and a new standard operating procedures. And since then the training has been enhanced. … But … we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”

Georgia’s Secretary of State Office investigated the alleged failure to sign tabulation tapes and “substantiated” the findings that Fulton County “violated Official Election Record Document Processes when it was discovered that thirty-six (36) out of thirty-seven (37) Advanced Voting Precincts in Fulton County, Georgia failed to sign the Tabulation Tapes as required [by SEB rules],” according to a 2024 investigation summary. In addition to probing the unsigned tabulation tapes, the investigation also found that officials at 32 polling sites failed to verify their zero tapes.

Georgia election rules require that election officials have each ballot scanner print three closing tapes at the end of each voting day. Poll workers must sign these tapes or include a documented reason for refusal. Voting rules also require poll workers to begin each day of voting by printing and signing a “zero tape” showing that voting machines are starting at zero votes.
The Federalist also reported that "If there is no record of whether the tabulator was set at zero at the start of polling, there is no way of telling whether ballots from a previous election (or ballots from a test run) were left on the memory card and might later be counted. Notably, this happened in Montana, where officials discovered more votes than were cast and believe the votes were leftover sample data that had not been cleared."

They said, “These signed tapes are the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic,” Cross told the SEB at the Dec. 9 hearing. “Fulton County produced zero signed tabulator tapes in early voting.”

"Cross stated that he obtained 77 megabytes of election records from Fulton County through an open records request that cost $15,800. According to Cross, these included 134 tabulator tapes, representing 315,000 votes. Each signature block on these tapes was blank," Cross said.

And according to the Federalist, "Cross also highlighted additional irregularities, such as polling locations being open at 'impossibly late hours, like 2:09 a.m.” Cross also said that he found 'duplicated scanner serial numbers, where the memory devices were removed from one scanner and printed on an alternate scanner.”

Takeaway

“These are not clerical errors. They are catastrophic breaks in the chain of custody and certification,” Cross said.

“Because no tape was ever legally certified, Fulton County had no lawful authority to certify its advanced voting results to the secretary of state. Yet it did,” Cross said. “And Secretary Raffensperger accepted and folded those uncertified numbers into Georgia’s official total without questioning them. This is not partisan. This is statutory. This is the law. When the law demands three signatures on tabulator tapes and the county fails to follow the rules, those 315,000 votes are, by definition, uncertified.”

Kevin Moncla, an election integrity activist who has been at the forefront of these challenges, estimates the number is likely much higher than 315,000.

People, mostly the "regressives", claim that Thomas Jefferson never said, "Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty." However, people quoted Jefferson as making the statement as early as the early 1800s.

Andrew Jackson said this in his farewell speech in 1837. James Buchanan said this in a speech on veto power in 1842. Frederick Douglass apparently said this enough to warrant discussion in the book on Frederick Douglass’ proverbial rhetoric.

Freedom and Liberty are fragile and must be protected at all costs.

If "we the people" cannot trust the vote count for our elections, freedom and liberty have been fractured. or broken.  Perhaps lost. We have become a third-world candidate.

Many of us question the integrity of our elections.

This revelation by honest, actual journalists and activists is not encouraging. But it is absolutely necessary.

American citizens are wondering, "Do our votes really matter?" "Do we really have a voice?" "Are we really free in this country?"

John Adams said, "When annual elections end, there slavery begins.”

The kind of election corruption that is coming to light sets the stage for what John Adams feared.
