Ballard High School Assists in Abortion for 15-Year-Old

A 15-year-old girl was given a pass at Ballard High School, put in a taxi, and sent off to have an abortion during school hours.

All without her parents knowledge, much less their consent.

Her mother, whom
KOMO NEWS calls "Jill" said, "We had no idea this was being facilitated on campus."

The mother also said, "They just told her that if she concealed it from her family that it would be free of charge and no financial responsibility."

Swedish Hospital refused to comment on the matter, however T.J. Cosgrove of the King County Health Department, who administers the school based health programs, told KOMO it is always best if parents are involved in their children's health care, but don't always have a say."

What? Something is very wrong with this. It would be great if you knew when your 15-year-old was getting an abortion while at school, but we can't tell you?

Cosgrove said, "At any age in the state of Washington, an individual can consent to a termination of pregnancy."

The mother said, "Makes me feel like my rights were completely stripped away."

Indeed they have been.

Did you know that a bill, 1688, was introduced this session that specifically addressed under age abortion. The majority leadership didn't have time or interest to move the bill. It died in committee.

One more reason why we must elect new leadership.

God help the children and God help us to do what is right.

Be Vigilant.

  1. This is some of the fruit of what was allowed to come in during the 70's when it became a woman's right to abort her child if she wanted to.

I was a teenager when I first heard that on the radio, riding in a car with another teenager who was a friend of mine. We both were stunned. We knew it was wrong. We knew a judge went wrong.

Now the government wants to force all Americans to pay the money it costs for it to be done. They want to make it "free" and call it health care. They want to put it on the backs of the taxpaying Christians who hate killing.

It's all wrong for America. It's been all wrong for a long time.

It's as if there are people in government who want to put everyone in a cesspool of sin and iniquity, everyone all together, and do it by force.

They want to force one law upon us, then another burden of some sort while they exempt themselves,
and not think it to be oppression.

They want to get in and run family matters, even their generational future.

They want to make us into the image of themselves, by force, by law, by the IRS, by whatever means.

They must think there's nothing wrong with themselves.

Without a knowledge of the scriptures, we do not know about ourselves, nor would we be willing to recognize the delivering power of God.

We can not afford to run away from our own salvation.

    See Proverbs 3:13.

    Proverbs 3:18
She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

Jesus is this unto us. He made the way to this for us. Jesus kept it for us.

  2. Let's keep writing our president and congressman.

There are more with us than there are with them. There is a cloud of witnesses. Let's fly among them.

  3. This is scandulous! I can't imagine parent's right to protect their children have been trashed.
Abortions are dangerous...physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially.
    This is outrageous!

  4. I know I'm preaching to the choir here. I re-ran this scenario from my point of view, substituting my daughter in this travesty (she's married now with her own daughter). I stunned myself. The really shocking part is that all of this is "legal". The people others have voted into state power approve of behavior like this. "Reproductive health services". Come on. Whose reproductive rights are being served here? Certainly not the rights of the unborn child.

  5. Public schools in America are now godless Government run schools, isn’t that what the American public wants and votes for? You shoot yourself in the foot!

When parents send their kids off to school to claim their free service, right, entitlement, (or whatever else they want to call it) to an education; their children instantly become wards of the State, rather than wards of parents. Parents abdicate their authority over to the State Law when they send their children to school. The authority of parents over their children is a Bible and God idea; if God is not reflected in the laws that politicians make for the land; then godly authority no longer exists for anybody. Is everybody still sure they want to continue separating Church and State?

It makes perfect sense that anti-God laws produce godless acts. Government schools, controlled by anti-God politicians, teach government faith (anything but Christianity), government authority (not Biblical authority), morality (anything but God's Commandments), and government political correctness (an exclusive liberal godless view of life, morals & law). When God is not tolerated by politicians, or by those who vote anti-God representatives into office, then God established institutions and authorities erode, replaced, and eliminated.

It should not surprise anyone in America, that school policies would encourage, support, and drive a 15 year old girl to a clinic for an abortion, without parent notification. It is no secret; abortion is what government law support; and government schools are mandated to uphold government law. Schools teach that abortion is a citizens’ right; because American law says it is. American politicians, your lawmakers, are like “god” over your life. They are voted into office to create the laws that govern you and your family. When America separates God from politics, it separates God Laws from society. Lawmakers may not believe in accountability to God, but they still understand accountability to American voters!

If you are enraged about what happened in Ballard to a 15 year old girl and her family, then find out what lawmakers, and which political parties, support the rights of children over the rights of parent. Stop electing and voting these people into public office to represent you! You can change laws by personally running for a public office yourself. At the very least, learn a lesson! The election and voting process should never be taken lightly by anyone. Voters should be examining closely and carefully the faith and character of the candidates they vote for; keeping in mind, they make the laws you must obey. And, keep exercise your Constitutional rights to assembly and free speech; openly challenge others to think more deeply about who and what they ae voting for at election time. Teach your children the importance of the election process. Share information about candidates with your friend and family. Take an active role in the voting process; to assure that elected representatives uphold faith and moral values in the laws they create over you and your children. And, pray that Church leaders will cast off the government chains of the 501(c)(3) tax exempt entitlement that bind them, so they will publically speak out again for God, godliness, and freedom.

  6. The abortion clinic certainly put a lot of pressure on the girl when they told her if she kept it from her parents it would be free. Especially in this financial climate where every cent counts that is coercion for sure!
I guess this is where I am thankful that 90% of my grandchildren and great grandchildren are boys!
