Planned Parenthood: "No More Choice"

That's right. Planned Parenthood is through with "choice."

They say it doesn't work anymore. They also want to banish the terms "pro-life" and "pro-choice."

Although they have used these terms for decades, they are re-branding their abortion business.

Even though many in their support ranks still hold these terms near and dear, PP is throwing away the words, the old brand and likely some of their supporters.

Why? Because Planned Parenthood has been losing public favor in recent years and feel the need to re-invent their image.

And what about the old guard abortion supporters who are clinging to their "choice" and "pro-choice" mind set: well, away with them.

Among other things, Planned Parenthood demonstrated this past year that they are indeed fair weather friends when they threw Susan B. Komen under the bus because the organization felt they could not support some of PP's policies and discontinued funding them---for a few days.

The wrath of Planned Parenthood came down on them and in a matter of days Komen reconsidered, apologized, submitted and continued writing checks. Forget the activities that violated Komen's mission statement. Those Komen executives who had problem with PP are now gone.

I feel you should know about Planned Parenthood's new face and brand that is being implemented as we speak.

Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards said last week that the new campaign is "an opportunity to talk to an enormous number of people we haven't been talking to as much as we should."

Who are these people? Those who have been ambivalent about moral cultural issues and are undecided how they feel about abortion and the youth.

Ironically, youth are turning away from Planned Parenthood and becoming pro-life because they have seen the ultrasound pictures and they are certain it is an unborn human being in the womb, not a fetal mass---or whatever. And they are certain abortion is killing an unborn baby---not just a clinical or social "choice."

So, what is the new plan of deception?

Remember Planned Parenthood was conceived in the darkness of eugenics and selective, racist population control and social engineering by Margaret Sanger and has a tradition of deception?

After polling Americans and how they feel about abortion, PP has decided to re-frame the debate and use new and different words. This, of course, is directly from the homosexual playbook regarding redefining marriage.

You will soon begin to see and read ads and "news" stories, not about a "woman's choice," but about "how difficult it is to make a decision to have an abortion." The emphasis will be on the difficulties a woman must face to make such a difficult decision. They will emphasize her difficulties, not the morality of the decision. The idea is to foster sympathy toward the woman's circumstances and divert conversation and thought away from the morality of killing unwanted unborn children.

PP will soon be using tag lines and phrases like, "Only you know what it's like to walk in your shoes." And, "Decisions about reproductive health are personal. And you can help keep it that way."

They will be attempting to re-frame and soften the issue of killing babies, emphasizing rather the struggle the woman will endure in making the decision to do so.

This, they feel, will create an environment of moral ambiguity and uncertainty, playing to the basic instinct of uninformed people to support the woman (and Planned Parenthood as they facilitate her) during this difficult decision to have an abortion.

Away with the old rhetoric and in with the new rhetoric.

Out with the old face---in with the new face.

There is a stark contrast between people who hold absolute biblical, Christian values and those who accept progressive, ever evolving "truths" and values.

Biblical Christians values are motivated by principle, not profit.

Those who hold biblical, Christian values are also motivated by Truth, not progressive ambiguity.

Planned Parenthood is changing their words, but not their actions.

They are attempting to change their face, however they will always be the face of evil because they major in killing the most vulnerable among us.

Actions speak louder than words. Their actions will not change.

I don't think they will deceive this young generation, as long as we continue to speak the truth about the matter of abortion.
