NARAL: Making History And Cursing The Future

Print Friendly Version of this pagePrint Get a PDF version of this webpagePDF
NARAL is asking their supporters to help them make history, but in doing so, they are cursing the future.

The Washington State Senate has scheduled a public hearing on the Reproductive Parity Act (RPA) SB 5798 and EHB 1044 for April 1, at 10 AM.

The House of Representatives has passed it 53 to 43.

The time could change. We will keep you posted.

The RPA essentially forces all insurance policies that cover birth expenses, to also cover abortion expenses.

NARAL Pro-Choice Washington put out the following email this week to thousands of people across the state. Informing and raising money.

It started over 100 years ago - Washington state jumping ahead of the nation by upholding the rights of women.

Here we are today- Fighting on!

In honor of those who fought before us, Tell Your Senator- Washington needs to lead on reproductive health care and pass the Reproductive Parity Act (RPA)!

In the wake of anti-choice lawmakers in Congress inserting provisions in the Affordable Care Act (ACA), many states across the country have used health care reform as a weapon in the War on Women.

But Not In Our House! ...Or Senate, for that matter.

Washington state Senators need to stem the tide RIGHT NOW- make sure that a woman’s health care decisions are made by herself and her family, not her insurance plan.

It's Women's History Month and we can make history this year in Washington state! We can stand up and fight back against the War on Women! We can pass this landmark legislation by working together!

Tell you Senators- Let’s put 2013 in the history books and PASS THE RPA!

Thank you for your unwavering support,

Is NARAL making history or cursing the future?

Some facts and personal thoughts.

1. "Here we are today---fighting on!" "In honor of those who fought before us."

NARAL and Planned Parenthood are the dynamic duo---the axis of the abortion industry which has now terminated the life of over 55 million children.

Planned Parenthood was founded by Margaret Sanger. She is the one "who fought before us."

Margaret Sanger was a eugenicist and a racist. The body of evidence is overwhelming.

3 examples:

  • "The most merciful thing a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it." Margaret Sanger. "Women and the New Race" (Eugenics Pub. 1920, 1923)
  • "Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race." Margaret Sanger. "Women, Morality and Birth Control" New York: New York Publishing Company, 1922, page 12.
  • "Eugenics...the most adequate and thorough avenue to the solution of racial, political and social problems." Margaret Sanger. "The Eugenic Value of Birth Control Propaganda". Birth Control Review, October 1921, page 5.

There is much, much more.

Each year, Planned Parenthood presents an award to the person whom they, NARAL and others in the abortion industry feel have contributed most to advancing their cause.

In 2009, Hillary Clinton received the "Margaret Sanger" award.

On receiving it Clinton said, "I admire Margaret Sanger enormously, her courage, her tenacity, her vision...when I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on arch types, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I am really in awe of her."

Hillary also compared Sanger to Thomas Jefferson, suggesting Jefferson may be the lessor person because he held slaves.

Yes, there is a war on women. And on life.

2. "Let's Put 2013 In The History Books and Pass The RPA"

It would be wise to glance back at the history of such things, before attempting to write the future using the same practices of abortion and eugenics as a cause. Edmund Burke quoting George Santayana said, "Those who don't remember history are destined to repeat it."

Hitler and his German doctors made history.

One of the reasons America and our allies invested blood, life and treasure in World War II was to end Hitler's march against life. With his euthanasia program he killed the masses, then incinerated them and then burned or rendered their body parts into products.

Sanger's words are reflected in the Holocaust and atrocities of World War II and were often quoted at KKK rallies---"eugenics is...the most adequate and thorough avenue to a solution of racial, political and social problems."

And before any of this ancient Scripture tells us, "I set before you life and death, a blessing and a curse; choose life that you and your descendants may live" (Deuteronomy 30).

There is indeed a war on women and on life itself.

Those who went before NARAL, affirm it.

And history affirms it.

The history NARAL and Planned Parenthood seek to make is cloaked in "Choice," but it is the wrong choice.

Choosing life brings blessing to you and your children.

Be Vigilant. Be Discerning. Be Prayerful. Be Informed. Be Active. Be Blessed.
