Rep. Jayapal: "Biden Easily Moved Further Left"

Washington State's far-Left Rep. Pramila Jayapal---Congressional Progressive Caucus Co-Chair---told Comedy Central Monday: "As soon as we get him in the White House, and even before with these task forces that we had, we were able to significantly push Joe Biden to do things he hadn't signed on to before. So he is movable..."

Who knows what Joe knows, but the far-Left knows he really is a puppet controlled by the puppeteers of the radical far-Left.

Yesterday, Biden announced that he has picked Sen. Kamala Harris as his running mate.

They will be holding a press conference today.

Be informed, not misled.

Breaking News yesterday afternoon was that Biden has chosen Kamala Harris as his running mate, fulfilling his promise to pick a woman who is a woman of color. Harris was born to a Jamaican father and a Hindu Indian mother.

Should Biden become president, she would join Obama, Bernie Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez, Jayapal, and a number of other puppeteers who would be pulling Biden's strings. Because of Biden's cognitive issues, she would become the de-facto president.

Should a "President Biden" be unable to complete his term, she would be President of the United States.

The Washington Post published a lengthy, very favorable article yesterday, introducing multi-racial Harris to the nation.

And yesterday, Biden was leading Trump by 10 points in most polls.

Is the Left, in the spirit of Hillary, beginning to feel inevitable about the election?

Jayapal told Comedy Central's Trevor Noah Monday night that Biden is willing to change his positions in response to pressure.

"So he is movable," she said, "he is listening and he does understand that we need turnout from young people, from folks of color."

Jayapal was responding to Noah's comment that "people aren't enthusiastically wanting to vote for him."

She reminded Noah,

"There is zero progress that is possible on anything we care about with Donald Trump in the White House. He is a fascist xenophobe who is destroying our Constitution. And so we have to get him out."

Jayapal also disclosed that she and fellow Democrats are laying plans in case Trump "tries to retain power" after the election. She says there will be large protests and court challenges.

If Trump won't leave voluntarily, she says, "it's going to be about whether Republicans are going to stand for this president, even as he takes the country into fascism and dictatorship."

Biden has said if Trump won't leave the premises, he will call in authorities to physically remove him.

This woman is not isolated in her thinking. Yes, there may be a few so-called "moderate" Democrats, but not many---you can count them on one hand without using all 5 fingers. Jayapal is not as far-Left in her Party as she once was.

No, she hasn't become more moderate. Pelosi, Schumer, and other "old-timers" in the Party have been pushed further Left because their only real unifying issue is to "get rid of Trump." They're obsessed---not because of any compelling vision for America, but merely to cause Trump to lose the election.

Should they succeed in causing Trump, the xenophobe, to lose the election, what would they deem to be "progress?"

Progress in the mind of the progressive.

Let's take a look at what "presumptive president" Biden has been pushed to do, once in the Oval Office.

Every part of Joe Biden's campaign page should strike terror in the hearts of normal people, regardless of political party affiliation.

Let's look at one agenda.

Biden will "aggressively protect the unique needs of all women... including lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer women."

The man who has apologized for inappropriately putting his hands on women and girls, promises this on his campaign page

“Biden will also structure his Administration to ensure women’s issues remain at the forefront of policy efforts. Biden knows that addressing the challenges faced by women and girls is more than just a campaign promise — it’s an imperative if the Administration is going to succeed in its broader efforts to make sure the government and economy work for all Americans. Biden will ensure that his administration aggressively protects the rights and addresses the unique needs of all women, including Black women, Latina women, Native women, Asian American and Pacific Islander women, women with disabilities, and lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer women. The Obama-Biden Administration created the White House Council on Women and Girls to make sure the federal government was doing its best to tackle issues like equal pay, paid family leave, and poverty in an effective manner. The Trump Administration then disbanded it and put nothing in its place. Biden will create a White House Council on Gender Equality, chaired by a senior member of the Executive Office of the President tasked solely with guiding and coordinating government policy that impacts women and girls, such as economic policy, health care, racial justice, gender-based violence, and foreign policy.”

The takeaway

Biden's campaign office has announced that both he and Harris will speak to the press today "on working together to restore the soul of the nation and fight for working families to move the country forward."

"Restoring the soul" and "fighting for families" sounds noble. The progressive dream always does until it becomes a reality.

"Fighting for families" would be fighting for the cornerstone of human civilization---if one viewed the family as God established the family.

And "moving the country forward" sounds like something good and getting better, but it's not. "Progress" in the mind of the progressive, is dismantling America as we have known it.

Ecclesiastes (3) says "To everything, there is a season, a time for every purpose under the heaven."

Verse 7 says there's "A time to keep silence, And a time to speak."

This is a time to speak. Pray---speak to God. Talk---speak to anyone who will listen.

America as we have known it is being weighed in the balances.

The question is, "Will we be found wanting?"

Be Informed. Be Discerning. Be Vigilant. Be Bold. Be Prayerful.
