Financial Backers of Homosexual Marriage Backing Off

The advancement of the homosexual agenda has been so enthusiastically reported and retold that some have predicted the deconstruction of natural marriage is inevitable.

However, some major gay rights players are pushing back, due to the attitudes and beliefs of the general public. Perhaps as people become more informed on the issue, they are becoming less likely to support the redefining of marriage.

The New York Times published an article yesterday titled, "Backers Of Gay Marriage Rethink California Push."

The article reads, "Discouraged by stubborn poll numbers and pessimistic political consultants, major financial backers of same-sex marriage are cautioning gay rights groups to delay a campaign to overturn California's ban on such unions until at least 2012."

Frank Schubert, a spokesman for ProtectMarriage.com, the leading group behind Prop. 8 said, "The other side has said they will not move forward with an initiative until they are sure they can win. That day is not going to come."

Let's pray that he is right.
