Catholic Priest, Father Robert A. Sirico, says Soros' Open Society Policy Center has given $650,000 to 2 faith-based organizations---and no, Soros the globalist, secular progressive who stands against everything the Christian church believes "has not gotten religion."
Father Sirico says those Catholic organizations who are taking money from him are "mere useful idiots to be manipulated to further [Soros'] political, and frankly, secular agenda."
Soros is not only manipulating Catholics.
He has a platoon of "useful idiots."
Sirico says that among other things, "Mr. Soros was contributing to the effort to recruit 10,000 volunteers while training 3500 others for mobilization in order to influence the Catholic Church..."
He says, "On their surface, the donations seem benign"...but "Mr. Soros and his fellow travelers view the leadership of the religious community generally, and the Catholic Church in particular as mere useful idiots to be manipulated to further their own political and frankly, secularist agenda."
He's right. And it isn't only the Catholic Church.
There are "useful idiots" in the Protestant Church and the Democratic Party as well.
Father Sirico has written an in-depth and very interesting essay on this matter---well documented, finally suggesting those who have taken Soros' money should give it back---even quoting the Pope on the matter.
The phrase "useful idiot" was probably first used by socialists Marx and Lenin to describe how they would use the uninformed people, the masses, who did not understand their agenda---the uninformed public---as useful idiots to move their agenda forward.
Billionaire George Soros is a committed globalist and secularist who will put his money where his mouth and heart is. He is deeply committed to removing all borders from all nations. And establishing a one-world system.
He is equally committed to controlling the media---particularly the Internet.
Earlier this week, The Daily Caller reported on the content of leaked documents, some of which involved George Soros' "Open Society."
They contained an internal proposed strategy from Soros' Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI), calling for "international regulation of private actors" decisions on "what information is taken off the Internet and what may remain."
Those regulations, the document notes, should favor "those most supportive of an open society."
Control of the Internet is part of a 34-page document titled, "2014 Proposed Strategy" that lays out OSJI's goals for between 2014 and 2017.
As The Daily Caller was reporting on this, the Soros web site that contained his goals disappeared from the Internet. However, the Caller was able to capture it before it was gone.
In the document, OBJI argues that international regulation of the Internet "is needed to protect freedom of expression."
Soros says, "Our freedom of expression work furthers the free exchange of information and ideas via the media and Internet..." but he says the problem is "lack of regulation of private operators that are able to decide, without due process procedures, what information is taken off the Internet and what may remain."
Another initiative Soros is pushing is to "Establish states' responsibility to collect data necessary to reveal patterns of inequality, and define modes of collection that are effective and protect privacy."
"One weakness of current efforts," Soros says is "the relatively sparse and uneven use of the international human rights law framework..."
According to the world's most active, and probably richest, globalist, we must shift toward a global legal system. This, he says, will "safeguard online free expression."
All of this is to help the people, he says.
I'm reminded of something C.S. Lewis said:
"Of all the tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of the victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience."
Patrick Henry said the same thing differently: "Give me liberty or give me death."
Note: The United States is set to cede control of the Internet the end of this month---September 30.
President Obama has agreed that it isn't fair for the US to control it, even though we created it, and has suggested that United Nations control would best serve the world community.
George Soros is also trying to remake the American culture.
These same documents confirm that the Open Society last year approved $650,000 to "invest technical assistance and support for groups at the core of the burgeoning #BlackLivesMatter."
Breitbart News is reporting this week that information in a 69-page detailed report from an Open Society board meeting further confirms how deeply he is involved in manipulating current cultural events in America and elsewhere.
Breitbart says, "The report directly states the Open Society views the Baltimore unrest last year as a crises that can be utilized to carry out the organization's agenda."
The documents further reveal that "recent events offer a unique opportunity to accelerate the dismantling of structural inequality generated and maintained by local law enforcement and to engage residents who have historically been disenfranchised..."
The documents clearly reveal the funding of Black Lives Matter, and other similar efforts.
There is also discussion on how to influence the 2016 presidential election.
This is the area where the manipulation of the Catholic Church and the manipulation of the culture intersect in Soros' global community agenda.
But he isn't only fiddling with the Catholic Church and Black community---he has both hands on Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party.
Another leaked memo, intended for "internal use only" within the Democratic Party, is explaining that House candidates should never say "all lives matter" under any circumstances. The purpose, the private memo explained, is that "BLM activists don't want their movement co-opted by the Democrat Party."
That doesn't really prove anything, some might think.
Take a look at this article. Pay particular attention to the pictures of George Soros' son meeting with the leaders of the Democrat Party within the past couple of weeks. It isn't only Hillary and Obama---you'll recognize the faces.
And note the Instagram post by son, Alex Soros, 2 weeks ago today. Under the picture of Soros and Hillary's VP Tim Kaine, Soros writes: "Love this man! Was great to have dinner with a man we need to call one day #vicepresident@timkaine last night! He is definitely the real deal."
While Hillary and Tim may be the "real deal" for the Soros family, the Investor's Business Daily says, "His growing closeness to the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should be a warning to all."
The Investor's Business Daily article is very informative.
The "Daily" concludes with this:
"Money talks, the old saying goes. And who knows what demands money now ,makes on the Democratic ticket?"
