The news media is breathlessly telling us that Elizabeth has gained 26 points, nearly catching up with Joe, while Bernie is a distance third and Kamala is collapsing. Pete is using the same talking points, however, he is using---and twisting Scripture to support them.
Does it really matter who wins the Democrat nomination?
Not really.
The talking points of the Democrats mirror the talking points of the Communist Party USA.
Really. They do. They're all riding on the same bus. Does it matter who is sitting in the front seat? Or driving?
Be informed.
Your first glance at the Communist Party USA website will feel strangely familiar, even if you've never been on their site.
You'll see these action items:
- Abolish Electoral College.
- Abortion Care is Healthcare.
- Take the pledge to stop Trump, the evangelical right and the GOP's war on women.
Yesterday, while reading a column written by Robert Knight about how the press tried to mislead and deceive the public regarding the election in North Carolina last week, where two, not one Republican won their elections, it occurred to me, once again, that the battle we face in America is not which Democrat gets a shot at the White House---it's about which ideology will prevail in American leadership.
One of the very recent articles on the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) site titled, "Pledge To Defeat The Trump Agenda" is interchangeable with current news stories---and current rants by Democrat candidates. And Hollywood elites. The communists and the Democrats are saying the same thing.
The CPUSA story begins:
"The dire consequences of the Trump administration's corporate policies are evident and escalating. They reflect the crisis of capitalism globally."
Crisis of capitalism? Take a quick glance at Cuba and Venezuela and every other "communist" socialist country in history. That's what crisis looks like.
It continues,
"The cruelty and human rights abuses, the racism, white supremacy and misogyny against immigrants and elected officials of color, along with all the attacks on workers are life threatening."
Cruelty and human rights abuses?
The Wall Street Journal says, "100 years of communism has given us 100 million dead."
And if you want to look evil in the face in real-time, look at the US Abortion Clock. Watch the numbers of abortions increase by the second, under the "Abortion is healthcare" lie.
The Communist Party USA article titled, "Bill of Rights Socialism" also caught my attention.
The bullet points include
- "We make it...They Take It."
- "A Better World Is Possible"
- "We Must Put People---And Our Planet---before Profits"
- "Socialism = Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness"
- "We Have A Vision."
The vision includes, of course, the unity of all American working people---all ethnicities, gender, LGBTQ, straight, young and old---all must unite.
"The unity cannot be broken," the communists say, "because it is based on the working class principle of 'An injury to one is an injury to all'."
Reading on down the Communist Party USA website you discover they promote class warfare, open borders, legalizing undocumented immigrants, free college tuition, free daycare, a government take over of healthcare, extreme environmentalism, taxpayer-funded abortion, the LGBTQ agenda, abolishing the Electoral College and condemning America as a "uniquely" racist nation.
Surprisingly, the CPUSA's platform makes no mention of guns, but history informs us that confiscation occurs quickly when communists take over.
Knight's point was that the media had continuously beat their drum that
"Trump is in trouble in South Carolina" calling the election a bellwether for Trump because one of the candidates was down in the polls---Trump and Pence went to the state the day before the election with a campaign rally--both Republicans won."
A strange silence came over the media.
But the shrill voices of the Left will continue. They are deceptive and destructive.
Deception is always destructive.
