Gov. Inslee: " We're Under Attack From Climate Change"

The people who have refused to denounce the burning of our cities by so-called "peaceful protesters" have come out of their bunkers in full attack mode on the raging fires that have exploded up and down the west coast---because the enemy is climate change.

Among the leaders of the climate change crusade is Washington State Governor Jay Inslee, but the Washington State Patrol are taking real action, and arresting the people who are actually starting the fires.

Be informed, not misled.

Gov. Inslee declares: "We're not living in the Old Washington."

Governor Inslee visited Spokane, Washington earlier this week to observe and to declare a "state of emergency for 20 counties"---releasing much need resources for those most affected by the fires. And many have been.

In his emergency proclamation, Inslee noted the hot and windy weather conditions, saying: "Our forests and wildlands are under attack from climate change."

There is no question this year's fire season is devastating to all of us who live in the Northwest or California, but it was disappointing---not surprising, but disappointing to see Gov. Inslee seize the moment to promote his radical views regarding "climate change."

The News Tribune quoted the governor saying: "We're living in a new world---this is not the old Washington."

He said, "A fire that you might've seen that was going to be OK over time is not OK any more because the conditions are so dry and are so hot because the climate has changed."

Some of the perils of the "New Washington" will be relentless wildfire seasons.

Other perils of the "New Washington" includes residents becoming willing to do things differently.

Does that include embracing the far-left Democrat Party position on a radical "climate change" agenda like "The New Green Deal?"

And if so, we wonder if the new "climate change Washington" will begin arresting people who burn and break things, like buildings and personal property every night in Seattle and elsewhere?

Most law enforcement people are saying that many of the fires we're experiencing are human-caused. They are not yet sure how many are purposefully started---but a good number of them are.

Washington State Patrol arrested a man starting fires in the Puyallup area.

This week WSP Trooper Ryan Burke said they spotted a 36-year-old man walking along the median of State Route 167 in Puyallup, located just outside Tacoma, lighting fires.

Q13 TV said the man claimed to be looking for a camera he had lost, but the man had also been seen in the area carrying a lighter, earlier in the day.

Law Enforcement Today reports: "West Coast wildfires may be coordinated and planned."

They are reporting that Christine Comello, 36, was arrested after allegedly starting multiple fires in Spokane on Monday.

Spokane officer Mohondro says while arresting Comello, he spotted another fire a few blocks away---it was next to an old oil drum which would have exploded. They believe she was also involved in starting both fires.

A federal law enforcement source told law enforcement yesterday that the Feds are looking into whether the cases are linked together...and warn there may be more of these kinds of "attacks."

They issued this statement:

“We are reacting to a coordinated series of attempts to start fires anywhere and everywhere in Oregon. Public and Private lands, incorporated and unincorporated areas.

By all indications, so far in the preliminary stages of these investigations, there is a coordinated effort on the part of these individuals to start fires in areas that are the least protected and most vulnerable then slowing working their way into more populated areas and neighborhoods.

"Please take this information as an advisory for your own account and welfare, and please act in good faith with due diligence to plan accordingly for your own safety and the well being of your community,” they continued.

Additional arrests have been made across Washington, Oregon, and California.

Law Enforcement Today reports that "There are current concerns and allegations that many of these people who have started fires may be related to Antifa. And they confirm that investigations are underway."

Since publishing this report, Law Enforcement Today says law enforcement has reached out to them from the west coast to Texas to Florida saying they are experiencing the same activities in their area.

In fact, several officers are reporting that in a number of smaller communities, groups of people are canvassing neighborhoods and taking pictures of homes that have police cruisers in the driveways.

Takeaway

Gov. Inslee staked his ambition to become president solely on the message of climate change. America ignored him and said, "Not interested."

While he, Ocasio-Cortez, and other far-left luminaries attempt to seize the opportunity of these wildfires to push their far-left climate change message, let's pray that the police officers arresting people who are actually starting these fires get some support from these people as well.

Be Informed. Be Discerning. Be Vigilant. Be Prayerful.
