RE: Planned Parenthood

We've learned this week that Planned Parenthood is fighting to the end to continue its Margaret Sanger-inspired mission: to kill unwanted, unborn children.

With the overthrow of Roe v Wade, the abortion queen has turned her attention to children who have escaped abortion, but are confused about their gender.

To "help" these confused survivors, we now know that Planned Parenthood is offering cross-sex hormonal treatments to minors as young as 16 with very little parental or medical supervision.

Here's the facts. 

First, American Robert Prevost was elected as the first pope from the US. He will take the name Leo XIV.

Be informed, not misled.

Cardinal Robert Prevost has been elected as the first pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church from the United States and will take the name Pope Leo XIV. He offered his first blessing to the crowd gathered in St. Peter's Square in the Vatican on Thursday at around 7:30 p.m. local time.

The New York Times reported that he took the papal name Leo XIV and greeted his new followers by saying, “Peace be with you.”

President Trump congratulated Pope Leo XIV in a post on Truth Social.

“Congratulations to Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, who was just named Pope,” he wrote. “It is such an honor to realize that he is the first American Pope. What excitement, and what a Great Honor for our Country. I look forward to meeting Pope Leo XIV. It will be a very meaningful moment!”

Fox News said yesterday, "Undercover phone calls released today by pro-life activist group Live Action reveal that Planned Parenthood clinics across several states offer cross-sex hormonal treatments to minors as young as 16 with very little parental or medical supervision."

The group is now calling on Congress to defund Planned Parenthood of hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer funding. 

Live Action conducted an undercover investigation in which a woman posing as a 16-year-old minor called dozens of Planned Parenthood locations seeking "gender-affirming care." At least seven facilities told her they would prescribe cross-sex hormones at the first appointment.

Keep in mind, "gender affirming care" is code for mutilating children's bodies under the guise of affirming them. It's the new equivalent to  "women's health care" code for abortion.

Because "gender affirming care" has become a billion-dollar industry.

"Five facilities stated that no prior therapy, mental health clearance, or prior documentation was needed for her to obtain cross-sex hormones."

Fox also noted that "In addition to being the country’s largest abortion business, Planned Parenthood is also one of the leading distributors of sex-change drugs."

They continued, "Cross-sex hormonal treatments, such as taking either testosterone or estrogen, are meant to alter the body to exhibit characteristics to conform with a person’s gender identity." Besides altering the natural makeup and functions of the body, cross-sex hormonal treatments can result in several harmful side effects, including permanent infertility."

Live Action President Lila Rose told Fox News Digital that the investigation exposes "a chilling reality" that "Planned Parenthood is fast-tracking vulnerable children into irreversible hormone treatments with almost no medical oversight."

Life News says, "The investigation involved a Live Action investigator posing as a 16-year-old female. During a virtual appointment, the investigator received a same-day testosterone prescription after a brief consultation, with little screening to assess the minor’s mental health or long-term risks."

Rose shared the findings on X, stating, “Planned Parenthood told our ‘16-year-old’ female investigator she could receive testosterone quickly, easily & with little screening.”

She noted that "In several instances, Planned Parenthood assured the caller that she could choose to meet with a provider virtually and have access to cross-sex hormones as quickly as the same day, despite the person posing as a minor saying they had just begun considering changing her sex. Facilities in Minnesota and Oregon stated they could schedule the minor within days or on the same day."

Planned Parenthood still receives nearly $700 million in federal funding annually.

Why?

According to Fox, "Planned Parenthood receives more than $700 million in taxpayer dollars every year. That is a catastrophe, and it must end," said Rose. "It’s time for Congress and the president to act and defund this abusive corporation of the $700 million they receive from taxpayers every year."  

This comes shortly after Fox News Digital reported that House Republicans are discussing measures that could potentially end federal funding of groups like Planned Parenthood as cost savings in their multitrillion-dollar bill advancing President Donald Trump's agenda.

Two sources close to the House Energy and Commerce Committee told Fox News Digital that the move was being floated as lawmakers look to find at least $1.5 trillion in spending cuts to offset the cost of Trump's tax priorities.

House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said last week that Republicans would target "big abortion" in the budget reconciliation process.

Takeaway

First, they come for the unborn child. Then they come for those kids who escaped abortion.

Planned Parenthood is the face of evil.

"Planned Parenthood's annual report illustrates their priorities," Tessa Longbons Cox, senior researcher at Charlotte Lozier Institute, told Fox News Digital. "Ultimately, they are an abortion business. It's no surprise that even as total patients and services fell from the previous year, profits soared and Planned Parenthood performed more abortions than ever."

Lila Rose called the Biden administration's funding of Planned Parenthood "grotesque." 

"Our government makes every American taxpayer complicit in this killing," she said. 

She's right. We are.

Romans chapter one is a direct, straight talk about the realities of evil and its consequences. 

Verse 32 is straightforward: "Who knowing the judgement of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them  that do them."

Is there a personal responsibility attached to our willingly funding Planned Parenthood with our taxes?

Yes.

And each of us should contact our elected officials and demand that they stop using our money to fund Planned Parenthood.

They should stop "working on it" and figure out how to make it happen.
