Obama Judge Shrugs Off Secret Service Warning Regarding Trump

Red State reports, "Less than two weeks after a man was killed after opening fire on Secret Service agents mere steps from the White House – and just over a month since unhinged leftist Cole Tomas Allen was charged with trying to assassinate President Trump at the White House Correspondents' Dinner – an Obama-appointed judge has ordered that an "86 47" protest be allowed to continue near 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue."

Be informed, not misled.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss issued a two-week restraining order against the National Park Service (NPS), which was sued after attempting to revoke Accountability Now's permit, the leftist, anti-Trump group organizing the 24/7 protest on NPS land a mile from the White House. The protesters had hoisted an "86 47" flag at the site, but the Secret Service considers that messaging to be a direct threat to the president, and federal officers ordered that the flag be taken down after the recent shooting outside the White House.

I never thought I would see the day when a judge would ignore a recommendation from the Secret Service regarding the life of a president of the United States.

The Hill says, “The government seeks to squelch core political speech without any articulable — much less evidentiary — basis for concluding that the speech actually threatens the life or safety of the President,” U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss wrote in his 21-page opinion.

“On the current record, Defendants have offered no basis to doubt that Plaintiff is engaged in fully protected First Amendment activity,” he continued.

“This opinion is from an Obama-appointed judge. In what world have we lost all decency to demand that any threat against the President be taken very seriously? While the Department shall and does comply with the Court’s orders, this type of behavior should not be tolerated,” an Interior Department spokesperson said in a statement.

Secret Service Deputy Director Matthew Quinn wrote to the judge, "Based on my training and experience, I believe that this term, as it is understood today, can incite violence by others." The judge responded:

"The Court does not doubt that political violence is on the rise and that it poses a grave threat not just to the targets of the threats but to the country as a whole. But the enormity of that problem does not change the meaning of Plaintiff’s speech, which by any reasonable measure merely advocated for the President’s impeachment and removal from office — that is, ‘to throw [him] out.'"

Just last month, the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool, which is undergoing a much-needed refurbishment ahead of the America 250 celebrations, was vandalized with graffiti reading "86 47".

What does "86 47" actually mean?

The press, in almost every article I've seen, is trying to reduce the meaning to little more than a catchphrase. No big deal.

However, the term "86" generally means the following:

In police and dispatch jargon, "86" generally means to remove, eject, or refuse service to someone (e.g., throwing a disruptive person out of a business). It is widely used across law enforcement, the military, and the broader hospitality industry.

Meanings and Context:

  • Refuse or Eject: The most common meaning. Officers might ask a bartender to "86" an unruly patron, or dispatch might report that a location wants a trespasser "86'd".
  • Eliminate or Destroy: In mobster, military, or crime-related slang, it can occasionally mean to physically eliminate or kill someone.

Takeaway

And, of course, former FBI director James Comey has been indicted by a federal grand jury for a 2025 Instagram post showing seashells arranged to read "86 47," which prosecutors call "a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the president of the United States."

  • "86"= to eliminate or kill someone.
  • "47"= President Trump, the 47th President of the United States.

The Obama-appointed judge says, "Let the people demonstrate — they're mostly peaceful."

Pray for the President.
