Hillary: "Half Of Trump Supporters--Basket of Deplorable, Irredeemable"

Friday night, Hillary told her audience, including Barbara Streisand, "You know to just be grossly generalistic [spell-check says that's not a word], you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call a 'basket of deplorables' ...Irredeemable...the racist, homophobic, Xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it."

"Generalisticly," that's about what all far Left secular progressives think of all conservatives---particularly biblical Christian conservatives who have deeply held biblical beliefs and values.

A Twitter backlash-- "#BasketofDeplorables"-- began immediately and was the top trending hashtag for hours over the weekend.

Is her indictment of millions of Americans related to her progressive ideology, or clouded judgment resulting from her re-occurring medical episodes---the latest occurring yesterday at the 9-11 Memorial in NYC?

50% are deplorable and irredeemable?

Very revealing. Very troubling.

Yesterday, the Seattle Seahawks made a bold statement of their own regarding sitting down, or kneeling during our National Anthem. They all stood with locked arms from one end of the field to the other while a huge American flag was displayed on the field. Check out this story and the video.

Hillary's spokesman Nick Merrill tried to "clarify" her statements, but nobody was buying it.

After the hashtag backlash, Hillary herself issued a follow-up---"It may not be 50% statement" concluding she was at least half right because a lot of those conservative people are really bad.

Some are calling it a non-apology, apology.

Vice President candidate Governor Mike Pence, a godly man, and wise politician said he was stunned by the statement.

Pence said that he was "simply taken aback" by her decision to castigate millions of Americans, and was "speechless," about it.

He said anyone who has that low of an opinion of millions of Americans should not be President of the United States.

He continued, reflecting on the Values Conference he had attended last week and Mrs. Clinton's Friday evening comments about people who disagree with the far Left progressive agenda:

These are the activists, these are people [crucial to success] and that’s why I said at the end I hope everyone leaves here with a burden on their heart to use every hour, every day to make sure that Donald Trump is elected as the 45th president of the United States.
There’s so many reasons, from Hillary Clinton’s cascade of corruption flowing out of the Clinton world around the Clinton Foundation from her years as Secretary of State, her failed foreign policy record that I described again today that literally has resulted in large parts of the Middle East spinning apart, policies at home that really represent a continuation of the failed economic policies of this administration, all of those things—all of those things—are reason enough.
But I do have to tell you that when I heard of what she said last night, at a fundraiser in New York City with Barbra Streisand, that in her words ‘you could put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables,’ I was simply taken aback.
Hillary Clinton believes that millions of everyday Americans who think we can Make America Great Again are in her words ‘deplorable’ and she described them as ‘irredeemable.’ I was speechless about that—I was speechless about it, really, in my speech.
My message to her is: Hillary, I got news for you. The millions of men and women, thousands of which I’ve seen since I joined this campaign, but the millions of men and women who are coming out and supporting my running mate are veterans, members of the Armed Services, law enforcement, farmers, factory workers, coal miners, business owners, pastors, everyday Americans for whom faith is important and who believe in the liberties enshrined in our Constitution. I said today that my message to Hillary Clinton is ‘they’re not a basket of anything—they’re Americans, and they deserve her respect.’ Frankly, anyone who has that low an opinion of millions of Americans should never be elected president of the United States.

We wonder if she really believes that, or is she simply so blinded by her personal ambitions to become the first woman President of the United States, she has lost a clear view of reality?

Or is her reoccurring health issues far more serious than she has allowed the public to know?

Yesterday, while attending the 15th year anniversary memorial of 9-11 in New York City, a number of news sources, including Fox News and CNN reported that Hillary's knees buckled---some say she fainted, while security people had to help her to a waiting van where she was quickly removed from the area.

Both Clinton and Trump were in attendance. President Obama stressed "embrace diversity" in his comments.

One video taken by someone attending the event shows Mrs. Clinton collapsing as she is being put into the van.

NBC reported that the NYPD was sent to retrieve one of Clinton's shoes that was left behind during the episode.

The press was detained at the event for a period of time after Mrs. Clinton was taken away, presumably so they could not follow her vehicle.

Several hours later she appeared from her daughter's apartment, in downtown New York telling the press she is fine "just fine" and commenting on what a beautiful day it was in New York City.

America deserves to know more about what's going on with Mrs. Clinton's health.

After telling the press Hillary "overheated," last night Hillary's doctor, Dr. Lisa Bardack told the press that Mrs. Clinton has been diagnosed with pneumonia. This, she says, accounts for the coughing spells Mrs. Clinton has been experiencing on the campaign trail.

Dr. Bardack has also been telling the press Hillary was just fine---perfectly healthy, over the past number of weeks.

Who knows the true condition of Mrs. Clinton's health?

However, I think we have a fairly clear view of how the secular Left progressives, including Mrs. Clinton and President Obama, feel about conservatives and in particular Christian conservatives.

Frankly, we are seen as an impediment to so-called "progress" while holding ignorantly to the past---clinging, as Barack Obama infamously said, to our guns and Bibles.

Hillary Clinton brought crystal clarity to how both she and the president feel about biblical Christianity in a speech at the "Women in the World" conference in April 2015.

Kristen Powers, herself not a conservative---she is not one of us--- wrote for USA TODAY, "Clinton explained to the high-end Mhigh-end audience that 'deep seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed'..."

Powers says Mrs. Clinton was talking about the US and the entire world.

Powers also notes that "Clinton's comments echo those of the New York Times columnist Frank Bruni that same month, who wrote opposing same-sex marriage on the basis of religious beliefs."

Bruni said our religious beliefs "elevates unthinking obeisance above intelligent observance" and he argued for "freeing religions and religious people from prejudices that they needn't cling to."

Quoting a homosexual friend, Bruni wrote in his NYT column, "Church leaders must be made to take homosexuality off the sin list."

There is a reason Hillary didn't actually apologize for her comments regarding that "Basket of Deplorables" who are "Irredeemable"..."racist, homophobic, Xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it..."

She believes it.
