President Biden is bragging in his presidential proclamation marking the start of "Pride Month" that "nearly 14% of all his 1500 federal agency appointees identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer."
And he says, "We will not rest until full equality for LGBTQ+ Americans is finally achieved and codified into law."
However:
A poll out yesterday finds that voters, including blacks, don't think Biden has made much difference for black America.
Alert. They're right. He hasn't.
So much for "equality."
Be informed, not misled.
"The most pro-LGBTQ administration in US history."
If you've been paying even passive attention to whom Biden is appointing to key roles in his administration, you've noticed that he's right when he boasts that "nearly 14% of his federal agency appointees identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer. "
And he says, "We will not rest until full equality for LGBTQ+ Americans is finally achieved and codified into law."
President Biden is urging Congress to pass the Equality Act---which is more about "remaking America" than about "equality." And it's more about the radical far-left in this country seizing the political advantage in perpetuity than "equality."
A survey published yesterday by Rasmussen says, "While support from black voters was crucial to President Joe Biden's election, most voters ---including most black voters---don't believe the new president has improved race relations or made life better for young black people."
Rasmussen found that only 28% of likely US voters believe race relations in the United States have gotten better since Biden's election, but 39% believe race relations have gotten worse since he was elected.
The Democrat Party has a history of pretending to support blacks until the day after Election Day. Don't worry, my black friends he or his colleagues say--- we will come calling as we get closer to 2024.
Reuters says, "Activists describe the Biden administration as the most pro-LGBTQ in US history."
And for good reason: 14% of 1500 appointees?
In his "brag" press release, he recognized the service of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, the first openly LGBTQ person to serve in the Cabinet, and Assistant Health Secretary Rachel Levine, the first openly transgender person confirmed by the Senate.
Buttigieg has zero experience in transportation. He was apparently chosen exclusively because of his sexual behavior.
Richard (now Rachel) Levine, formerly Pennsylvania Health Secretary, was chosen because of his decision to "become a woman"---that he can never biologically become--- in spite of the fact that he moved his mother out of a facility in Pennsylvania, knowing that under his policies elderly people with the coronavirus were being moved into the facility---this before the public became aware.
None of that matters, as long as you're "transgender."
Merit---or integrity, apparently, has nothing to do with anything in Biden's federal government.
It's all about "progress."
President Biden says, "For all of our progress, there are many States in which LGBTQ+ individuals still lack protections..."
Speaking of "protections."
There is a growing resistance to Biden's obsessive preoccupation with the LGBTQ---not because most people are bigots, they're not, but because they "do" believe in equal opportunity.
This latest Biden obsession may well be the proverbial last straw. It has awakened a large segment of the population who would have otherwise probably not focused on it all that much---an identity based on sexual behavior that is treated as being equivalent to ethnicity.
It isn't. And any clear-thinking person knows that.
The New York Times knows it. In March they published one of several articles specifically aimed at tamping down the growing disgust with the transgender movement---and Biden's marriage to the movement.
The trigger was when high school girls who were excelling in sports---like track, began losing. Not to other girls, but to boys who "identify" as girls.
Now more than 30 states have introduced bills that would restrict transgender youth from access to girls' sports.
CBN reports that "Governors in Idaho, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and West Virginia have already signed bills outlawing transgender students from competing in girls' sports teams in public schools.
South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) recently issued a similar executive order.
And Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) has signed a measure into law. And he says it's personal.
He said, "Oh yeah, we're gonna protect our girls. We have a 4-year old daughter and a 1-year old daughter and they're both very athletic. And we want to have opportunities for our girls. They deserve an even playing field."
Beth Stelzer of Save Women's Sports is applauding the wave of Republican-led legislation. She told CBN, "I think it's an amazing thing. What more can we do as women to protect our rights, and men and women non-partisan alike we can all see this is just a common-sense issue."
Stelzer says, "When we allow males to compete in female sports, it is the end of female sports."
She notes, "We already have males that hold female sports records. That's why the record seems unattainable, because it was set by a male."
"It won't be long before we'll have all male-female sports," she says, "because the college recruiters and coaches are going to see that a team has a male on it and that gives them an advantage, so they'll get a couple of males for their team---this will be the end of girl's sports."
Obviously, there is a push back by people who share President Biden's passion for LGBTQ+.
What does the Bible say about transgenderism?
The Bible is clear that God created male and female, but the so-called religious left has taken Scripture and twisted it to show that "surely God has not said..."
The left makes the case that when Christians think about gender they tend to go back to the beginning --in Genesis. But the religious Left says that's not the case. God's Creation does not exist in pairs---male and female-- but rather in "spectrums" like" in-between day and night we have dusk, between land and sea we have coral reefs and estuaries and beaches, between flying birds and swimming fish we have penguins and high flying dolphins and the platypus---and no would argue that a penguin is an abomination to God...and on they go making the case that "God has not said..."
I'll be talking a little more about this false teaching that is being presented in too many churches, this morning on our daily live radio program.
