The powers that be in the Leftist Democrat Party have prevailed.
President Joe Biden has dropped out of his campaign to win another term as president but will remain president until a new president is inaugurated in January.
The Leftist Democrats had decided he was unfit to serve another term but were just fine with giving him an additional five months to further harm the nation.
Who will they put up as their new "competent" candidate?
Michelle Obama? Kamala? Some are advocating for Hillary, and some are even advocating for Mitt Romney.
Honest.
Whomever it is, a political circus is now underway with clowns performing in sawdust rings.
May the Lord give the people of this nation, that now hangs in the balance, wisdom, and guidance.
Be informed, not misled.

President Biden announced yesterday afternoon that he will suspend his 2024 re-election campaign amid mounting pressure from his Democratic colleagues on Capitol Hill, top donors, and Hollywood stars after a disastrous debate performance last month and his obvious cognitive failures.
The announcement came as an increasing number of Democrat lawmakers had begun to publicly call for Biden to step aside. The party's leadership reportedly was engaged in efforts to convince Biden, 81, that he could not win in November's general election against former President Trump, the 2024 GOP nominee.
In a letter, he said, "It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your president. While it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interests of my party and the country for me to stand down and focus solely on fulfilling my duties as president for the remainder of my term."

This in light of the fact that a little more than a week ago, the president said this:
"Folks, I don’t walk as easy as I used to. I don’t speak as smoothly as I used to. I don’t debate as well as I used to," Biden added. "But I know what I do know. I know how to tell the truth. I know right from wrong. And I know how to do this job. I know how to get things done. And I know, like millions of Americans know, when you get knocked down, you get back up."
However, this time, he was not able to get back up, and many question whether he does, in fact, know right from wrong.
Fox News reported, "Biden was diagnosed with COVID-19 on Wednesday, a revelation that came on the heels of several TV interviews and campaign appearances in which the president insisted he was remaining in the race. However, the interviews failed to reassure supporters and provided critics – including those on the left – with further evidence that Biden was no longer up to the job."
I believe there were two events this week that influenced Biden's decision to drop out yesterday.
First, the attempted assassination of Trump at the rally in western Pennsylvania on Saturday caught the attention of the world and created a near consensus that God or "providence" was with Trump in sparing his life. The events of his turning his head at the very instant the bullet approached his head, causing it to penetrate his ear rather than his brain, was indeed miraculous.
Pastor Lorenzo Seawell, speaking at the RNC Convention, said, "You can not deny God saved Trump. It was a Millimeter Miracle."
I encourage you to listen to his comments.
Inspiring.
All Christians and most all Americans saw it as the Hand of God.
I also believe Trump's naming Sen. JD Vance of Ohio as his running mate briefly halted the fervor over Biden for at least a couple of days, maybe longer. Fox agrees.
He is in a different league from Kamala Harris---experientially and intellectually. And hopefully spiritually.
What next?
Biden says his very first decision as president was to bring Kamala Harris along as Vice President.
Although many have suggested that Vice President Kamala Harris step in as the nominee because Biden, in a separate post on X, has endorsed her, California Gov. Gavin Newsome, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Kentucky Gov. Andrew Beshear, and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker have all been floated as possible replacements.
My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best… pic.twitter.com/x8DnvuImJV

And then, there's Hillary. She gets quiet occasionally but never goes away. Yes, she could be available if her country needs her.
With only months until the presidential election and once-presumptive nominee President Biden no longer in the race, the Democratic Party's next steps may seem somewhat unclear.
Here is what you need to know about the Democratic Party's nominating process following Biden's decision to drop out of the 2024 race.
Biden was the presumptive nominee for his party, having secured the vast majority of its delegates, which were awarded after primary elections this year. But now that the president has withdrawn, the delegates are no longer pledged to him and are free to vote as they choose.
Now, any eligible candidate can run for the nomination. Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-Calif., and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Mich., are often mentioned in the media. If Biden endorses a candidate, that person would have a clear advantage.
In order to become a candidate, someone must receive signatures from at least 300 delegates. A maximum of 50 can come from each state delegation.
To win the nomination, a candidate must receive the vote of a majority of pledged delegates at the party’s roll call vote, which would be 1,976 or more delegates. This is not a "popular" or "public" vote.
The Democratic primaries, which were such votes, have already happened throughout 2024. Biden won almost all those contests and was therefore awarded almost all the pledged Democratic delegates.
The only step left in the process is for delegates to formally nominate a candidate during the party’s "roll call vote." This is the regular part of the nominating process that would have occurred even without Biden ending his campaign.
If no candidate reaches a majority in the first round of the roll call, then multiple rounds of voting take place, and superdelegates can also vote. At the Democratic convention, a superdelegate is an automatically credentialed delegate — such as party leaders, governors, and members of Congress.
The process and schedule could still change, but this is the expected course the Democrats will take.
Takeaway
This is not a time to step back and exhale a deep sigh of relief for our country. To think Christians, conservatives, and other clear-thinking people have it all buttoned down would be a fool's errand.
Do you think Satan would show up if he didn't know the power of elections?
Proverbs 16:18 says, "Pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall."
Stay focused. Stay Prayerful. This election is about the future of America.
Keep a right spirit.
Romans 12:17-19 tells the believer to "never...pay back evil for evil" and "never take your own revenge." It is not that God is telling us to forget or ignore injustice. God will exercise vengeance now or later, and the government is one of His tools for doing this.
Romans 13:4 says that the government is supposed to punish the evil-doer--Sustaining law and order. The government is a "minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil."
America is exceptional.
Who are the rulers? In America the "government" is chosen by "We the people" and paid a salary to do the will of the people. These representatives were once called "public servants."
Consequently, the rulers in our country are "We the people."
This is not a time for the citizens---those who rule in America---to step back and hope everything works out OK. It's a time to become more involved in the process. Vote! Pray!
And remember, God is in control. Work as though it all depends on you--Pray as though it all depends on God because it does.
Be Informed. Be Discerning. Be Vigilant. Be Prayerful.
