37,000 Illegal Minors to Show Up for the First Day of School

The Department of Justice issued a statement reminding public schools that they are required to enroll all children, regardless of their immigration status.

According to the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), 62,998 "unaccompanied minors" under the age of 17 have illegally crossed the US border since last October, and the government is integrating them into classrooms across America.

More than 37,000 are ready to begin school when classes resume, the balance of the 62,998 are being held in processing centers and will soon be introduced into the classroom.

Some states will be more impacted by this than others, but all will feel the impact and none feel they are prepared for it.

Clearly this issue will create a crises for local public schools. It is also pointing out, once again, that America's public education is miserably failing even before this latest crises hits the classroom and the budgets next month.

Lesbian "Brides" Bully Bridal Shop

Another small business is under attack because they believe in God's model for marriage.

A woman came into the W.W. Bridal Boutique in Bloomsburg, Pa., and said she was shopping for "wedding dresses."

She explained she was "marrying" her lesbian lover.

The folks at W.W. Bridal Boutique told her " unfortunately" they were not currently servicing same-sex weddings---"it's just not something we do," they said.

Rather than displaying the tolerance homosexuals claim to practice and demand of others, the lesbians started a campaign against the owner and the business.

Navy Throwing Bibles Overboard

Despite a long standing relationship with the Gideons to supply Bibles to our military, that practice is continuing to be attacked and undermined.

A memo just out from the Navy has, in effect, caused Navy employees to begin disposing of Bibles at naval facilities.

Employees are saying they have been instructed to "box up the Bibles" so they can "be taken to a donation center somewhere."

The "purge" is said to be, according to Rear Admiral Robert Bianchi, an effort to "standardize" the availability of Bibles in the naval facilities.

He says some facilities had Bibles, some did not, so his new policy will bring "consistency."

Consistency with what?

And why the increased efforts to remove God and Scripture from the American experience?

Cheney Schools Apologize For Having Christian Speaker

Print Friendly Version of this pagePrint Get a PDF version of this webpagePDF
Although Cheney School District has apologized for allowing a Christian to speak at an assembly last school year, for parent Terry Fiala, that's not enough.

Terry says the speaker "violated my daughter's rights---I feel I have been violated because having him in a school is a validation of his opinion."

"Him" is Gary Horton who is an openly Christian speaker and has done thousands of school assemblies.

Cheney School District is attempting to rectify this "violation."

I called Cheney School District office yesterday and was told the people there could not speak about this issue, but Sean Dotson, who is in the district office could, but was not available at this time, promising he would return my call. As we publish this article, he has not returned my call.

I'm wondering what the ultimate goal of the school might look like. Is it to eliminate any voice that may not agree with the public education narrative, or is it simply to eliminate any voice that is favorable toward God and country?

The school district is promising the public they are "taking steps to see that this never happens again."

University Prof Fired For Disclosing Facts

Cal. State University professor and researcher Mark Armitage was fired after he disclosed discovering "soft tissue" on a triceratops fossil.

The discovery stands in opposition to the acceptable narrative taught to our children regarding the earth's origins.

The scientific narrative in the classroom states as indisputable fact that dinosaurs roamed the earth about 60 million years ago, long before man evolved and joined the evolutionary progression.

A couple of problems with Professor Armitage and his discovery:

1. It does not support the predetermined outcome of present day science and its doctrine of evolution.

2. Armitage's discovery was published in a respected peer review scientific journal and given significant consideration in that several other similar discoveries have also surfaced.

Following the publication of Armitage's discovery, he was fired by the university.

CBS is reporting that the professor is now suing Cal State University.

Court documents reveal the university, following the professor's discovery, began a personal attack on his religious faith which was followed by his dismissal.
